Excellent! The hotel is housed in a grand old building that has been meticulously renovated. The front desk and parking attendants provided great service. When I was having a beer at the restaurant, I asked a staff member about Bouillabaisse, and a short while later, they brought me a note with three nearby restaurant recommendations. As soon as you drive up to the lobby, staff members are there to take care of parking and other services. The location is fantastic, directly facing the Old Port and just across the square.

Right by the Old Port! The only minor drawback is the stairs you have to climb to get to the hotel, but other than that, the facilities and location are excellent. The hotel restaurant is pretty mediocre though; breakfast was very basic, and there wasn't much good food for dinner or at the bar. That's the only real letdown.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The location is excellent, and the 7th-floor restaurant has an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast food was fresh on the first day, but on the second day, the potatoes were leftovers from the previous day; they tasted off and were very hard. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The room was just average. If you're looking for the location and the rooftop sea view, I'd recommend it. But if you're looking for value for money, I strongly advise against it. Also, absolutely do not take the taxi the hotel calls for you. Although the driver speaks English, the fare is double!

The hotel is well positioned in Marseille with amazing views over the city, especially from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room well equipped and a very comfortable bed. Parking the car securely was simple with the expert help of the concierge.

Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.

Outstanding!! The restaurant is simply divine and exquisite, much like the hotel's decor. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking! A moment of pure bliss. Make sure to try the cocktails; they are truly enchanting.

The location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, in the downtown area, but the waiter is a bit sloppy in cleaning the room. Our rooftop terrace had bird droppings on the floor that were not swept clean, and the lounge chairs were also quite dirty, so we couldn't lie down. On the last day, no one came to clean the room. Ctrip contacted the front desk and they said they would come between 3-5 pm, but no one came after waiting for a long time, wasting a lot of my time. Then they told me that no one would come today, so I had to clean up by myself. After repeatedly telling me that there were no towels to use at night, the temperature was over 30 degrees, and the garbage was not cleaned up and it smelled. At 7/8 o'clock, someone reluctantly came to change the garbage bag and give towels. The actual condition of the terrace floor and lounge chairs is shown in the pictures

The pros: Top-floor apartment with a small terrace. Brand new and very functional: fully equipped kitchen, tasteful decor, attic bedroom, very comfortable bed, and complete darkness. Ideally located between the Old Port and the Canebière/Noailles district. Very well soundproofed. Attentive housekeeper for mid-stay cleaning and check-out.
Minor remarks: No real separation from the neighbors' terrace. You can see each other if you're using it at the same time. Reversible air conditioning: we couldn't get it to raise the temperature even slightly in November.

A small and VERY SLITED hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything! The hotel has a small balcony on which you can sit and eat breakfast etc. Bar. Very sad breakfast: choose a sweet option (e.g. sugar bagette, butter, marmelade, croissant, if/saft, unsmade yoghurt, some plates of apple, some cliffs of citrus fruit, and a plate of sugar cake); or option 2 (as above but no yogurt and sugar cake without scrambling eggs and some skin skies). Please staff but not excessive service minded. The toilet near the reception was not in the freshest team. The cleaners didn't watch filling in the bathroom with toilet paper etc. Last morning we had a stick on the bathroom floor. Very nice bed in any case, nice coats and cover.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value
