The hotel is located in the embassy area. We experienced the strike after the presidential election that day, but the hotel is very safe. Police patrols pass by from time to time. It was as always a pleasure to stay in Terminus. Staff is very attentie and some staff in the restaurant remembered me from 12 years back. Room are good and clean, laundry service fast. Food is excellent. What more can one want at this price. And to my great pleasure some African Wildlife murals are back .

The service is extremely friendly and strives to please the customer, from reception to other areas (swimming pool, gardens, bar, restaurant, etc.). As for the rooms, if you have the opportunity, stay in a room with a sea view. They are spacious, with large balconies and have all the amenities that allow for a comfortable stay. The decoration of the rooms, as indeed of the entire hotel, is very pleasant, however, care must be taken not to neglect its modernization/maintenance with regard to small details (walls, shower glass, wood, etc.) . The breakfast is one of the most complete and quality (both in terms of offering, products and service) that we have experienced in Africa and, even, compared to many 5* European hotels. Good location within the city of Maputo, the hotel restaurant has a good menu, and there are several restaurants in the area with very good options.

The room was very good, big and clean. The decoration is relatively new and cost-effective. Breakfast is relatively simple.
