Главные плюсы - расположение (”центровее” не бывает) и очень приятный персонал отеля. Номера очень просторные, кровать удобная, есть чайник, чашки, небольшой холодильник и сейф. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Теперь о минусах, которые при такой, мягко говоря, не очень гуманной стоимости проживания, хотелось бы исправить. Ладно, не буду говорить о псевдо-а-ля-рюс-бревенчатом самом здании и интерьере в стиле конца 90-х - в конце-концов, о вкусах не спорят, да и видели глаза, когда выбирали.... На это можно не обращать внимание, т.к. уж очень удобное расположение. Но какой альтернативно одарённый электрик так сделал разводку, что для того, чтобы выключить бра над кроватью, нужно пройти до прихожей? И освещение в ванной такое, что даже глаза подкрасить сложно! Почему в такой недешёвой гостинице такие ”пожившие и пережившие многих” полотенца? Почему сантехника в таком состоянии, что за 4 дня дважды отказывал бачок? Правда, ремонтировали мгновенно. Завтраки достаточно плотные, неплохие (скажем так, в стиле добротной столовой). Но почему в мармитах у вас остывшая еда, если приходишь не к самому началу завтрака, т.е. в 6 часов? Холодный омлет это как-то ну совсем не очень:))) Из вкусного - отличные блины (правда, тоже уже остывшие) и творожная запеканка. Но, несмотря на это, если судьба ещё раз занесёт в этот город, всё равно остановлюсь в ”Белке” - расположение перечёркивает все высказанные минусы.

I liked the view from the window to the mountains, very quiet. There is a massage chair in the hotel lobby, I liked it. There is a coffee machine in the room, the first batch of the capsule free, the rest for extra payment. In the bathroom is an inconvenient shower leak, no with flexible hose. The smell of medicine in the room, the air did not eliminate. Breakfast in the restaurant is quite scarce, the food in open containers has time to wind on the fudcort. The restaurant was remembered with the view from the window, the kitchen is medium. The elevator is very cold, uncomfortable in light clothes, first goes to the zero floor, and then to your, strange movement scheme.

Nice food but none of the wait staff is wearing mask properly. I don't want your gems on my food. Similarly the guy who came up to our room . Every time I stepped away he moved closer. These people need to learn to respect other people don't want to get covid.

Hotel is nicely situated in a residential area. Getting in to the hotel is a little challenging during winter months with lots of snow. Great walking and cross county skiing trails just up the road. Hotel room was nice, beds are low to the ground but mattress desperately need to be replaced. Bedding and pillows were nice and comfortable. Room sometimes smelled like coal though. Restaurant was good and food was nicely served and good portions. Free Breakfast was a plus. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance if you so desire. Also lots of markets to pickup other items Hotel has a very nice pool and exercise room - very relaxing and nice break at the end of the day. The staff at this hotel is amazing - very nice and friendly

Business trip for a week. I was tempted by the size of the room and I was not mistaken: a spacious bedroom + the same size of the living room with the kitchen + the dressing room is impressive sizes pleased. The bathroom is also about the size. All systems in the bathroom, in the kitchen, air conditioning and ventilation work without complaints. The air conditioner has very comfortable adjusting the temperature in the room. The sleep is beautiful (bed on my taste too soft, but this setting is clearly on the amateur ...). The condition of furniture and rooms as a whole is 4 points out of 5, although it is visible that the hotel was built not yesterday. Very qualitative room cleaning every day. Rosetok I had enough. Breakfast at the Miska pub at the hotel's basement - not a Swedish table, but a complex - I arranged, but I regret that coffee from the coffee machine is not included in it. Dinner there-same ordered in the room - very good. There are no questions about the work of the hotel staff. The location of the hotel for me is super convenient - 150 meters work, shopping mall with supermarket, several cafes, a fish restaurant; up to everything that was necessary, walking not more than 15 minutes. The only place from which the expectations were more than reality was a fitness center in the hotel 's basement - a very compact room focused on the work with irons; almost enough comfort in the room created by lighting and finishing. In general, the hotel left a good impression and corresponds to all the declared - ready to stop in it again without hesitation.

We stayed at St.Hills hotel on 17-24 October 2020. These days this hotel takes serious precautions in terms cleaning and our staying there was very comfortable. In particular, the red-yellow scenery of mountains from our windows gave a lot of warm feelings. We did not have breakfast at hotel. Since ”Apartment” type contains a kitchenette we had breakfasts in our room.
