The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River delivers an exceptional stay from start to finish. The interiors are impeccable—refined, modern, and thoughtfully designed at every turn. Service is consistently outstanding, with staff anticipating needs and providing warm, attentive care throughout the experience.
A highlight was BKK Social Club, where the atmosphere is vibrant yet sophisticated, and the staff were especially kind and engaging. Time at the pool was equally impressive, with attentive service that made it easy to fully unwind. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing stay, capped off by a truly gorgeous room—elegant, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a luxury escape.
Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River 从入住到离店都带来卓越的体验。酒店的室内设计无可挑剔——精致、现代,每一个细节都经过深思熟虑。服务始终保持高水准,员工能够预见需求,并在整个过程中提供温暖而周到的关怀。
BKK Social Club

The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Fresh fruit was replenished daily and was of excellent quality. Since I mentioned in my email that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the hotel arranged a lovely room setup and a cake upon check-in. They even surprised us with another cake during our dinner at the French restaurant. The hotel offers convenient boat transfers to the mall across the river or nearby piers for onward connections. There are also several good restaurants right outside the hotel, and Asiatique The Riverfront is within walking distance. It was a bit of a shame that the hotel spa was under renovation during our stay, but I look forward to experiencing it on my next visit.

Everything was perfect, absolutely flawless! From check-in to check-out, they arranged all sorts of pleasant surprises, and the emotional value was off the charts! It's a shame I checked in midway through my trip, so I didn't get to experience the airport transfer or fast-track service, but they arranged a car to take me to my next hotel after check-out. Throughout my stay, every single staff member, including the General Manager, was attentive to guests' needs – a truly extraordinary experience! If the price is acceptable for you, I highly recommend checking it out!

The hotel's airport shuttle service allows access to the fast track lane at Bangkok Airport, which is a great perk. Both the service and facilities were very satisfying. The only minor drawback was the slightly small pool, and there was a slight sewer-like odor when stepping out of the elevator on the 14th floor. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Room 9 was incredibly noisy; motorbikes were revving loudly in the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Both the room and common areas were beautiful. After I reported the noise issue, the hotel kindly offered me complimentary breakfast, even though my room rate didn't include it. They also gave me an ashtray I was going to buy. However, I still had to endure two nights of noise. They did grant me a late checkout until 3 PM.

Excellent service, well-equipped hotel facilities, and a wonderful environment. The surrounding area has everything you need, and there's even a Chinese-speaking manager to assist. I'll definitely be coming back often. Absolutely loved it, a perfect trip!

I booked this hotel for the view, and indeed, the view is absolutely stunning. It faces Lumpini Park directly, the one with all the big monitor lizards. The location is also super convenient; you don't even have to leave the building to get to a mall with lots of great food options. The subway is just through the mall. However, there are no convenience stores nearby after the mall closes at night, which is a bit inconvenient. There's a bar on the rooftop, and you can even go up to the very top spire for photos, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Bangkok's landmarks. Check-in was a bit slow, but a lady who spoke Chinese came to help, so the overall experience was decent. There was a minor incident: just before bed, I noticed an electrical box in the room was making a constant noise. Concerned about safety, I called for someone to check it, and they promptly arranged a room change for me. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the new room was very noisy, fluctuating in volume, and not very effective at cooling, but it was late at night, so I just stayed. The hotel changed my room again the next day and upgraded me to a higher floor, which was nice. All in all, for the view, it's definitely worth it, but you might need to lower your expectations for other aspects.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view, making it a perfect place to relax. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, with something for everyone.
The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were well maintained and added to the overall experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It’s right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient, and it’s also within walking distance of the BTS station, making it easy to get around the city.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

This was the ultimate retreat. I really enjoyed the pool and gym activities and had a relaxing two-day, one-night stay at the hotel. The pain au chocolat for breakfast was incredibly delicious. The hummus and fresh vegetables were also a highlight.
The sauna in the spa was very clean and had a pleasant, minty fragrance, which was very comforting. The cold plunge pool was wonderfully refreshing. I definitely want to stay here again.
Furthermore, all the staff were truly excellent, making my stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. I especially want to thank Patcha for helping me with my luggage and chatting with me while I was waiting for my car.

This is a very comfortable hotel with an 'old money' aesthetic – think classic luxury. The facilities and services are top-notch, though. From the moment they opened the car door and took my luggage, to check-in, the welcome fruit, turndown service, and in-room dining, everything was seamless, natural, and very comfortable. It's only a few hundred meters from ICONSIAM, and the hotel has its own pier with a shuttle boat every 30 minutes, which is super convenient.

The privacy here is excellent. You need a card to access the check-in area, and there's a designated waiting area for guests outside. When checking in, they offer a soft drink menu and snacks! Upon arrival, you're greeted with welcome champagne, fruit, and more snacks. The pool is uncrowded, perfect for a refreshing swim. The breakfast is absolutely delicious – a must-try! For getting around, there's a speedboat that takes you directly to IconSiam across the river.

Capella is consistently excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of amenities nearby. The rooms are quite spacious, the overall environment is lovely, and the front desk service is great.

Overall, I'm satisfied. It's a standard city luxury hotel, though the Chao Phraya River view is just average, and the sewage treatment could be better.
The hotel's biggest advantage is its proximity to the mall, but honestly, it's not as good for browsing as the top-tier malls in first-tier Chinese cities (at least, in my opinion, it doesn't compare to MixC Shenzhen Bay or MixC Shenzhen).
The ground floor is decent for photos, but considering how many great photo spots there are in Bangkok, it's not particularly 'Instagrammable.'
Regarding service, the butler on the first day was incredibly slow to respond. The following two days were better. Compared to a resort hotel, there's not much 'service' to speak of, but for a city hotel, it's acceptable.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel truly lived up to its reputation! ✨ Time seemed to slow down, and we were even ferried across the Chao Phraya River to the department store on the opposite bank by the hotel's boat. The night view was even more stunning! 💓 Although we didn't have a reservation, we were still able to enjoy afternoon tea. We definitely want to visit again. Next time, I'd love to stay longer and fully relax! ✨

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Siam Hotel! The service was outstanding — truly top-notch and attentive. The hotel and my room are uniquely designed with so much style and character, making the whole experience really special. I stayed for three nights and left with such beautiful memories. Everything was so relaxing and chill, full of little surprises — I absolutely loved it! Highly recommend it, definitely worth experiencing.

Unforgettable stay at The Siam! The resort and the room feel very much like a piece of art. Such a wonderful escape from the Bangkok chaos :) The service is just outstanding! Always helpful and attentive!
