Pros: Located right at Exit 3 of KINTEX Station, making it super convenient for visiting Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang, the waterpark, and Aqua Planet Ilsan. The location is fantastic, surrounded by large commercial complexes and residential areas. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and medium-sized supermarkets are all very close by! The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing; I stayed in the East Wing this time. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was very responsive. However... It seems to fall short of a five-star hotel standard. I stayed with my child, and although the hotel's description welcomes children, there were absolutely no amenities for kids – no children's slippers, bathrobes, or even toothbrushes and toothpaste! Compared to many five-star hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo, the attention to detail here is lacking. There's a French pastry shop on the first floor, which closes at 6 PM. On the third floor, there's a gym and a sauna… The room view was decent, and the night view was also beautiful. The TV had YouTube, which kept my child entertained. There's no bathtub, but the shower had excellent water pressure – very comfortable! However, there's a strange feeling of stinginess – just one comb, one shower cap, a small box with cotton swabs, and a tiny bar of soap. That's it. Japanese five-star hotels are usually so generous with amenities; I don't want to compare, but it's hard not to ㅠㅠ. The desk and wardrobe in the room both had some damage and chipped paint. I actually had to switch from the first bathrobe to the second after showering because the first one was so old and thin; the second one was new and in good condition. It really highlights the difference when you compare them. If there were other five-star hotels nearby, I'd probably choose a different one next time. My overall stay felt more like a three-star experience, falling short of a five-star standard.

In the outskirt of Seoul. Near bus stations. Subway station 2 kms away. A good choice for local travelers but quite far from downtown Seoul. Average commuting time 1.5 hour. Frontdesk staff nice and helpful but speak little English. Guestroom clean. Korean style breakfast highly recommended.

I stayed one week and was really impressed! The hotel is modern, quiet, and very clean, perfect if you want to stay near Incheon Airport without being in the middle of the city. The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed, smart TV, mini-fridge (free water daily), and even a desktop computer! The bathroom was large, with a rain shower and a fancy Korean-style toilet. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth, but note that early check-in isn’t possible (starts at 6 PM). The only small downside was the breakfast, mostly Korean-style and quite limited for Western guests. Overall, excellent value for money and a great place to relax before or after a flight. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is affordable, close to the station, and very clean. I highly recommend it. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. If I visit this area again, I'd love to stay here.

The room was decent, with enough space, and the location was good with plenty of dining options nearby. The overall environment was also fine. However, the indoor lighting wasn't great, and the air conditioning was noisy. The breakfast selection was quite varied, but they only served boiled eggs once during our five-day stay. The service attitude was mediocre and inflexible. We were there for an exhibition, and the shuttle bus schedule to the exhibition hall was not only inconvenient but also often unavailable without prior reservation. If you didn't book in advance, you couldn't take it. On one occasion, we had to take a taxi to the exhibition because the departure time was unsuitable, but then they wouldn't let us take the shuttle back. Compared to domestic hotels like Hanting, the service here isn't even half as good. They only provided two bottles of water in the room. We were even reminded to return our utensils before we'd finished breakfast. The air conditioning in the breakfast area and at the front desk was excessively strong. They also claimed we couldn't use Uber, even though we had no issues using it for our transportation.

Conveniently located near Daehwa Station subway station. Having stayed at a few other places nearby, I assumed it would be similar, but I didn't have high expectations. The room was spacious, and the bathtub was decent. There was a massage chair, but I was so tired after showering that I just passed out and didn't use it. I'm not sure if it was just my room, but when I used the heater, the creaking sound from the vents was so jarring that I ended up having to wake up and turn it off before going back to sleep. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay, and I plan on booking again if I'm in Ilsan again.
