A great hotel, the best one in the whole trip to the United States. The room is spacious and the hotel is perfect for walking around!

I loved the heated pool. I went for a birthday celebration and I loved they gave a complimentary breakfast voucher for us. The only thing I didn’t like was the guy at the front desk said they had a shuttle to take you to the mall, we already went to the mall so we wanted to go to the restaurant they said within 5miles and it was so the guy who was the shuttle bus driver looked like he didn’t want to take us and when he eventually decided he said he can take us but we would have to get a Uber/Lyft back and that was ridiculous so i ended up driving to the restaurant.

We didn't get to stay at the hotel because they were over booked but the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and got us a room at another hotel near by and comped us 2 rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel. I maybe wouldn't recommend trivago or trip.com as they cannot guarantee a room.

We stayed for one night in the Holiday Inn at Drexel Hill. We were just in Philly to see the BabyMetal show over at the TD Mann Amphitheater. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated this hotel was. We had no issues at all and the staff was very friendly. Before the concert we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service and the food was great and appropriately priced. It was close the arena, it has a wonderfully large parking lot which you do not have to pay extra for, and they have security as well. Not that we felt the area was unsafe. The area was very nice and I never had any security concerns. If we come back to see another show in the city we'll be booking at this hotel again.

The last time I was there, the breakfast was much better, and that’s why we returned, and chose deal with breakfast. This time, there were no omelets, fake scrambled eggs, poor hash browns, poor choice of breads, had to search for utensils.

The smoke alarm was chirping due to a low battery when we entered the room. They came to “fix” it within 15 minutes but the maintenance man had no idea how to operate anything. I had to show him how to remove the alarm from the wall, how to open it up and remove the battery, how to put the battery in properly. He attempted to reconnect the wiring to the back of the alarm for about 10 minutes. And then finally hung up the alarm on the wall. After he left the room, I had a weird feeling that he never successfully connected the wiring, so I took the alarm off the wall to check. Sure enough, the wiring was not connected and was just stuffed back into the wall (picture). I was able successfully reconnect the wiring and then hung the alarm back on the wall. Scary and disappointing that this person their maintenance staff. What if there would have been a fire?

The facilities are satisfactory and clean, but they asked me to take $60 separately, but I don't know what it is. At other places, I canceled it right away when I left, saying it was damaged, but they didn't cancel and didn't give me a receipt, so I had to charge a travel fee, but the soundproofing seemed a little weak. Other than that, it was good.

This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in on a business trip to the United States. Although the hotel is not big, it is very human. The various services are very thoughtful, and the snow scene outside the snowy room is very beautiful and awesome.

Hotel was very nice and the room felt like home. I didn’t like that it didn’t tell me if the room had a shower or tub even after putting the child’s age. That’s a little frustrating because it’s kind of hard to wash a 3year old up in a shower. My room was non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke so I cleaned very good to get that smell out which wasn’t too bad at all. The staff who worked the night shift I have a few problems with. I don’t think she may be mean or a mean person but she’s definitely not a peoples person. Her attitude was very rude dry and cut-off. When asking her anything she made us feel like we were annoying her and she lied to our face about the room she put us in. She tried to say the room says shower only but couldn’t provide where it say that because it said or tub and I know when you arrive for check-in they will give you a room that’s available according to your reservation. There was no option for me to request or make sure a tub was in the room. She did pick up on us taking her interaction with us as rude and tried to make it somewhat better. She doesn’t smile and have a look on her that says I don’t want to be here or deal with this. I didn’t like that the description doesn’t match a lot of the things at this location and probably wouldn’t have booked here had I know they didn’t have no kid activities besides basketball and miniature golf. I love that it’s next to a lot of shopping stores and din-in and out restaurants that are walking distance. I just advice you to either contact the hotel or whoever you are booking certain details because this happened twice picking a room that’s available according can be giving with either one regardless of the child age.
