Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay at Tasik Villa! From start to finish, everything felt complete and well-managed. The best part is the 24/7 customer service — if you have any questions or need help, just scan the QR code and chat. It's super convenient because you don't have to bother calling or going down to the reception.
The food was delicious too! My whole family loved it because there were so many options and variety, making it easy to choose something for everyone's taste.
Service overall was also top-notch — the buggy service, room service, and customer service were all good, and the staff were helpful.
The only thing is, I found the room service food a bit pricey. 😅 But aside from that, there are no major complaints. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and highly recommend it for a family staycation! ❤️

Amazing stay at Tasik Villa International Resort! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful lake view. The resort was peaceful, well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to! ❤️

Mattress is very hard and pillows extremely soft.
I horse power AC placement with large room which was away from the bed frame creates a warm environment around sleeping area..big minus point..

Decent room. Stayed here for 1 day. Provide basic aminities such as toothbrush and water. No fridge or safe. Hotel is walking distance to the Wild West Cowboy Theme Park.

very comfortable bedding and pillow, hot shower water is hot enough, toilet working well, very clean.
At night a lot of weird noises, not sure what those noises are or from, some sounded like construction outside, but its during wee hour timing, sometime sounded like some other guests are messing around outside, sometime sounds like some mechanical noises from aircon, all during wee hour, and every nights.
If you are light sleeper, best if you bring some earplug along.

The water pressure is strong, which is great. I appreciate the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The air conditioning was a bit weak, and the mattress was a little too soft for my liking. There's plenty of parking available. It's conveniently located close to AEON Mall, but a bit far from the old town.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Location was great! It was located in the city and nearby many eateries and malls. Parking was free too. Truly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely go back!

Pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting a nicely refurbished hotel. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable & our request for a room near the lift was accommodated. Housekeeping was also very prompt when I requested a pillow replacement.
Loved the separate toilet with its own door, plus the dedicated vanity area and mirror, so convenient for us ladies to do our makeup and wear our tudung. The Smart TV was another bonus, as we could log into our own Netflix account.
The hotel was fully booked during our stay so the atmosphere was lively. The spacious lobby was also a great place for us to relax and hang out.
Overall, it was an unexpectedly pleasant stay. Checked out feeling satisfied, thank you!

The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is directly connected to Palm Mall, with easy access to shopping and food. The room was generally acceptable and our overall stay was okay.
However, the bathroom looked old and was not properly maintained. There were visible black spots and stains along the toilet and bathroom surfaces, which made the area feel unclean. The hotel would benefit from renovating the bathroom and improving its cleanliness and maintenance.
