Thank you to Mr. Gao at the front desk for his enthusiastic service. He was extremely attentive from check-in to check-out and patiently explained the surrounding location to us. The room is also very good. There is plenty of sunshine when you wake up early. I will definitely stay here again next time!

Star-rated hotel, the rooms are large and well-equipped, and the bedding is very comfortable. The most important thing is that the price is the same as that of the chain and is highly recommended. The front desk staff, Ms. Yang and Xiao Shanshan, are very considerate.

A truly wonderful stay! The details at the Ruishi Hotel are truly heartwarming.
From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was enveloped in thoughtful care. The experience was truly captivating!
The front desk lady's service was incredibly warm. It was already evening when we arrived, and she not only quickly checked me in but also offered warm tea. She provided a detailed guide to the hotel's amenities and locations, even meticulously marking a map with nearby delicious local restaurants. It felt completely at home. Later, when I requested an extra pillow, she was so kind over the phone that it was delivered to my room within a short time. The efficiency was incredibly high.
The room was even more delightful. Upon entering, I was greeted by a delicate fragrance. The bed was perfectly firm and soft, instantly soothing my travel fatigue. The room was spotlessly clean, even the desk was neatly arranged. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries, including makeup remover pads and body lotion. Such thoughtful attention to detail. The cleaning lady quietly folded our dirty clothes every day and even offered two extra bottles of mineral water by the bed when we ran out. This subtle care was truly touching.
Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely stay at Ruishi. The service and environment are highly recommended!

I was on a business trip and selected several hotels on Ctrip. I ultimately chose the Ruishi. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and shopping mall downstairs, free underground parking, and reliable service from a local established hotel.
The room had a good dry/wet separation, and the bathtub was covered in disposable plastic film, which was a nice touch. Free mineral water and coffee were also provided.
The room attendant was very friendly and helpful, and I was quite satisfied with the breakfast. I highly recommend the freshly fried dough sticks.

The price wasn't too high, and the breakfast was good! It's just that the management team is so inflexible! Their policies aren't even consistent; one person said you could order food after 1:30 PM, but when I went, I found out you had to order before 1:30 PM.

Stayed at Mercure Panjin with my wife and we had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. A good hotel for couples looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Panjin.

Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk staff were friendly and proactive. The location was great; there was a night market downstairs, and a library and a cultural and creative street nearby. The breakfast was average, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff who were overwhelmed. The jam wasn't individually packaged; it was all mixed together in one jar.

This stay was fantastic! Although the hotel building is a bit older, its location is super convenient, right in a bustling commercial area, so getting around and shopping are a breeze. The front desk attendant was very warm and attentive; check-in was super fast, and she even thoughtfully recommended some great local eateries. The location linked to a mall is great, spacious rooms but a bit aged, staff made great care to upkeep the place.
But I had a room with popped up tiles that can crack and cut your feet anytime.
The door to the mall closes at 9 pm
So you need to make a detour in the cold to get in through the front door, they should have a hotel guest access tho.
