Absolutely fantastic! When I visited, other hotels in Tachikawa were severely overpriced. I had to choose between paying a few hundred for a tiny 12 sqm room or double that for a spacious 52 sqm room, and I'm so glad I went with the latter! It was totally worth it!!
To get a room like this in Tokyo (even if it's the suburbs) for an average of 2100 yen (or around 1500 yen on weekdays) is incredible value for money! Plus, the Chuo Line from Tachikawa offers direct access to Kichijoji, Mitaka, Ueno, Shinjuku, and more, which is super convenient. Even if you just stay in Tachikawa, you'll find plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
I can't believe this hotel is rated 3 stars on Google and 4 stars on Ctrip! If that's the case, then most 5-star hotels back home are severely over-inflating their ratings (bold statement, I know).
And in Japan, where 10 AM check-out is the norm, this place lets you check out at 12 PM! How great is that?!
They also have a hot spring and an infinity pool on the top floor, and the lounge offers a variety of free drinks and snacks. Seriously, it's really good!

The room was spacious and offered excellent privacy. Breakfast was a set meal, tasty but very easy to get tired of. There was no exercise equipment. On a clear day, the side facing the park offers a view of Mount Fuji, but the noise from cars outside the window was constant (not loud, easily ignored by those who aren't sensitive to noise) – I suggest replacing the glass.

I booked this hotel in order to go to My Neighbor Totoro Forest, which was unexpectedly good.
Breakfast is really worth the price. It costs more than 2,900 yen for a separate order. It is recommended that you choose the breakfast.
The breakfast place overlooks Mount Fuji. It is a Japanese-style breakfast, one serving per person. There are many types, rich in nutrients and delicious, delicious!
Also, the hotel has a public hot spring. We went there at night. There were not many people and it was very comfortable.
In short, I felt very surprised. The room was large and there was a small table for drinking tea. There was floor heating under the small table, which was very good.
The only thing that must be picky is that the decoration is a bit old, but the quilt is very clean. I don't think it will affect my praise of him.
As for the geographical location may require self-driving, I don't know that public transportation is inconvenient.

The transportation is very convenient. You can get there by taking the Odawara Line Rapid 4 stations from Shinjuku. Shopping is also convenient. There are large supermarkets such as Uniqlo and Muji around. The room is also large. You can see Mount Fuji when the weather is good. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights this time. The only thing I didn't expect was that the slippers I wore for two days and threw into the trash can were picked up when I returned to the room at night. Are they not allowed to change? I didn't see it written that they were not allowed to change. The breakfast was also very simple.

The check-in procedure went smoothly. Although it is not a new hotel, it is fully equipped and clean. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Although there are only Western and Japanese food options, the portions are large and very delicious.

A memorable stay at Kamenoi. Took me a while to walk from JR Ome to Kamenoi, but I think it's worthwhile. Amazing stay, with a public bath and beautiful garden beside a river near the hotel. FYI...There are pet friendly rooms.

The hotel is integrated with the train station.
The hotel does not have its own café or restaurant, so the breakfast is at an external Cafe at level 3.
The hotel room is big enough for 2 persons. So for our family of 2 adults and 2 children age 10 and 12, we have to book 2 rooms.
There is room amenities such as comb, shaver, toothbrush and body towel at the hotel lobby situated at level 4.
The hotel is very centralized and well linked to other parts of tachikawa.
The famous ramen chain Ichiran is about 10 minutes walk from hotel.
The hotel check out time is 11.00 am.
Any extension is at 1000 Yen per hour.
We took the JR rail via Chuo Line to Tokyo station.
It cost 660 Yen for adult and 330 Yen for child.
We would choose this hotel again? Yesì

Great location - hotel is located just above the JR station and bus terminal just a very short walk away. Hotel is also connected to shopping malls Lumine, GranDuo so it’s really convenient for shopping.
Rooms are very clean and service staff was very polite and helpful when I needed to make a last minute extension. Room amenities are self-service at the lobby. Highly recommended and would book this hotel for my next trip.
