The scenery is picturesque! Lake Como is entering the window view, beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the health is very good! The SPA level is very high. It is cooler to choose the morning by boat around the lake. The restaurant can be outdoors, the temperature is good, of course, the lake is excellent, when it is hot, everyone will send a fan, haha. It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

Very good location in front of the lake, nice view from our bedroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections. All staff are very helpful and friendly special mention to Ronald, Grace, Jade, Carl and other staff. You made our holiday memorable. A big thank you! 😍

Although the hotel is a little smaller, the proprietress is a bit cool. When we went there, we learned that there was no elevator and we were worried about how to mention it. The original staff would help us, and they are all very good! Good! On the other side of the hotel there is its own restaurant! Nice view

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the underlying restaurant with views over the lake and that was top. Parking is 5 min walk from the hotel (not suitable for large cars)

I greatly enjoyed my 3 night stay at Hotel Barchetta Excelsior, Como. My room was spacious, immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom and good-sized flat screen TV. The buffet breakfast was excellent as was dinner in the dining room - a la carte. It was also enjoyable to have a coffee or drink on the outdoor terrace or in the lounge near the bar. The hotel's location is excellent, being directly opposite Lake Como and very close to ferries, trains and buses - also centrally located to shops, cafes etc. Reception staff and wait staff were courteous, professional and helpful. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

Good hotel overlooking the lake and a stones throw from the main square and restaurants. The room was a good size with a rather compact bathroom, but had everything needed. A small balcony was nice, although unfortunately we had such bad weather we didn’t get to use it. One downside we did find that the connecting door wasn’t very sound proof to the point you could hear next door flush! Breakfast was great with a good selection. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.p

The hotel is on the mountain by Lake Como. The process of driving up is really a test of technology. The roads in Italy are so narrow, all with W and Z-shaped. . Two cars transfer cars need you to return my concession. But the location of the hotel is very good, the view is wide, the scenery is superb, overlooking Lake Como is really beautiful, there is a swimming pool, it is good to live with children. There is no air-conditioning, it's too hot in summer...

This small family business is making the most effort to provide its guests with an unscribable stay.
The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Comer Lake.
The excellent breakfast gives the whole a winning finish.
