The location is very good, opposite the Trump Building, downstairs is the river, and you can walk directly to the Gorgeous Mile, parks, art galleries, etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from around, and it coincides with a large-scale music festival, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the hygiene and facilities are maintained at the standards of an old hotel. Recommended to stay!

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that my stay at The Langham, Chicago was one of the best I've ever experienced. The fourth hotel I have stayed in overseas, and the eighth Four Seasons Hotel I have stayed in the world. It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower. Four Seasons Hotel cannot be said to be a perfect existence, but it is hard to criticize in terms of comprehensive services. Time is tight, the only option is to choose a red-eye flight from Seattle to Chicago, lack of rest, and tiredness from traveling, it is still dark when we arrive at the hotel, the front desk will try our best to provide a room for check-in, the city view suite is still a very comfortable choice, plus The impeccable beds of the last four seasons can sleep on your head and relieve your fatigue. The fly in the ointment is that the indoor swimming pool is being renovated, and there is no way to enjoy the joy of swimming.

Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice. It's just that the security allowed on the night of the welcome was a bit too much, which was not very comfortable.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. First of all, the hotel room is very comfortable, the bed is neat and clean, and it provides me with a good sleeping environment. I told her that the turndown service would come in 30 minutes, but she didn't come as promised. I asked for two sets of new towels, but all the towels were stained except for the bath towel. The breakfast was included, but it only included a $30 credit. You had to order a la carte, no buffet, and it cost more than $80. I had to tip for the service, which was about $40 for two days. The quality of the breakfast was good. The location is within walking distance of the 360 Observatory.

The bed was nice but the shower was hard to operate and impossible to get to a reasonable temperature. It would be cold, I would nudge it a touch to the hot side and then it would be burning hot. The hospitality was subpar. When I asked to check-in an hour early they said I would have to pay $30 and when I asked to store luggage after checking out, they said no.

The environment is elegant and the service is considerate. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathing facilities are modern. Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. Both the front desk and room service were excellent. We could even open the sofa bed and make it into a bed. The location is fantastic with amazing views, especially being able to see the Navy Pier fireworks perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I stayed in the same room for another week. A female staff member (of Asian descent) at the front desk asked to charge an extra 30 dollars per night (plus tax). First, it was not the peak season. Second, they charged more for the same room. I don't understand. Different attitudes of different staff members towards guests will affect the credibility of the hotel.
