The location is convenient in the city center. The hotel is very dilapidated and there are mosquitoes in the room. Breakfast is just like it. The front desk service is very good, kind and patient. The overall feeling of downtown Katalia is rather messy. Taxi passengers are serious.

First of all, we must give the most sincere thanks to all the staff, which is distinguished by a unique kindness and availability. This, the room, wonderful and equipped with every comfort, has fully met my expectations. The structure, immersed in the green, transmits a real relaxing atmosphere, enriched by the presence of swimming pool, gym and walking paths. The breakfast room offers a spectacular variety of supplies, both sweet and salty, and a menu is also available on the paper you can enjoy. Besides the bar near the pool, perfect for a quick lunch, we had an opportunity to attend the dinner of Ferragost: a very positive experience, with excellent food and drinks, impressionated by a suggestive location between soft lights and live music. I would like to conclude by saying that the structure is really great, but what makes it unique is the people who work there. One more sincere thank you.

The hotel is very well located in the green, very carefully managed and passionately. Two comments, one on logistics from nearby railways and it takes a few hours to get used to the trains passing, the other on staff cleaning rooms that arrive in the morning resulted I was a stupid and awkward man of things waking me up. We will certainly return because the star restaurant deserves more than one visit.

Posto meraviglioso, la villa spa pool immersa in uno splendido agrumeto, da cui si vede il mare da un lato e l'Etna dall'altro. Personale gentilissimo e cortese, colazione eccellente, inoltre la sera del pernottamento abbiamo gustato la pizza gourmet dello chef Raciti, un'estasi per le papille gustative.
