Had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful, just like those classic British hotels you see in movies. The room was lovely too. The location is super convenient; you can walk to Hyde Park and Bond Street. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the French toast. And the Chinese restaurant, China Tang, was also excellent. I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my next trip to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

It is definitely worth the money. Although it is expensive, it is well worth it. Whether it is the hotel room, service, facilities, or location, it is first-class. It is an absolute luxury hotel. The service staff is of high quality, does not judge people by appearance, and does not aim for tips.

The room is excellent however a maid left her equipment in our rm n got it back an hr later.  Also, we were told by receptionist that everything is ready, our luggage has already been delivered to our room while checking in. However, we have waited at least 25 minutes before our luggages were delivered.

The hotel is a legend and a brand in the industry. The hotel has retained its previous style well. The afternoon tea in the lobby and several bars are very unique. The hotel service is good and the location is excellent.

I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good. The butler team will contact you via WhatsApp during check-in to respond to your needs at any time. The room air conditioning was set to a maximum of 24 degrees Celsius, which was a bit chilly. The curtains and TV controls are mostly on a tablet, which isn't very convenient for older guests. Check-in was a good experience. Breakfast service was inconsistent and sometimes took a long time. Service charge is not included in the prepaid room rate.

Real five-star hotel, super good location, and service. Every floor of the hotel uses different colors to give the guests a good experience. If you don't consider the price, you will definitely come again.
