The villa is located on the hill opposite the Pearl Island Pier. A group of villas are being built around it. Sometimes it will be noisy in the morning and afternoon, and it will become a villa area in the future. The housekeeper can speak Chinese and communicate with each other without barriers. The service is very good. Breakfast is prepared every morning. Very large villa with luxurious decoration. I ordered V6 to be renovated and upgraded to V2 free of charge. The view is very good. You can see the sea while lying on the bed. It is very suitable for three or four families to live together. Walk down five hundred meters and you will reach the Pearl Island cable car station. Going further is the pier for sea cruises. There are many seafood stalls on the roadside of the pier, which are cheaper and fresher than the city. Tom raider, the housekeeper of the villa, is very caring. His English is very good. You can ask him anything.

What you see in the pictures is the same as what you see in person. It is really beautiful and special. The space is large, the public space is comfortable, and each room is a suite with a lot of space. The most special thing is that there is a private theater with karaoke. It takes some effort to go up and down each space, which is inconvenient when traveling with the elderly. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The air conditioner in the bedroom was broken, it was very hot. We stayed here for 2 nights.
As for breakfast, staff came to the house to prepare it from 7 am onwards. We were resting when the noise and smells woke us up. There is a fitness center and the location is convenient, close to the cable car to the amusement park.

I was shocked how nice this room was considering it was the cheapest with a lovely breakfast, the bed was was excellent like sleeping on the clouds, very comfortable one of the best beds I've ever slept on, the room was nice and big, there was a big window but another hotel a couple of meters away, the bathroom was excellent, hot and powerful shower, the only letdown was a totally useless fridge where it was colder if you didn't put your drinks in fridge, i don't know hotels use this total crap fridges well you can't call them fridges, that would definitely put me off ever returning to this hotel, it's such a shame because it's beautiful apart from the rubbish fridge

Convenient location with sea and city views. We were on a high floor (25th), so we barely heard the bustling shopping street, even though it's the very center of Nha Trang. The breakfasts were delicious, catering to all tastes with both Asian and European dishes. The rooms are spacious, and the furniture is well-maintained. The staff don't speak Russian but are fluent in English, and there's a translator app if needed. The internet is fast. The pool is cool even on a hot day, and the views from there are amazing! Plus, even though there's no early check-in, you can leave your luggage at the reception.

Good hotel, excellent service, tasty food, but it's really showing its age and needs a renovation. I couldn't even enjoy a bath because the tub was so old. The grounds were also unkempt.

It was okay for the money I paid. Close to the beach and cafes. Breakfasts were good enough.
Ants in the room bit my feet a lot, so I got itchy for the whole stay. I had to buy an insect spray, it helped a little.
Also there is a certain smell in the room. The rooms are not soundproof at all. I could hear my neighbours and the music and loud voices from the karaoke bar next to the hotel. Furnishings are outdated, the bath needs to be replaced. No chairs on the balcony. Wifi was mostly working good.

The hotel we stayed at on our first day in Nha Trang absolutely made our trip! It felt like going back to my Maldives vacation days from over a decade ago, with that same 'one island, one hotel' concept. From Nha Trang airport, it was about a 75-minute taxi ride to the hotel's reception pier. We were greeted with towels, welcome drinks, and snacks, then filled out some forms and learned about the hotel policies before taking a 20-minute private yacht transfer to the island. The island itself is very natural, and the villas match that rustic vibe. We even saw lizards crawling in the yard and little birds flying into the living room to steal our welcome fruit, haha! The public pool is super photogenic, and just relaxing on a beach chair watching the sea was incredibly enjoyable. When we weren't doing that, we'd cycle around the island or go kayaking. The hotel restaurants served delicious food, though it was a bit inconvenient that the menus weren't in Chinese.

The hotel's location is truly unique, requiring a private boat to get there. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant's cuisine was even better – truly international fare. We were lucky to miss the rainy season, making for a perfect vacation.
