The InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal. It has an interesting history. The original chateau building was constructed in the early 20th century by the architect Guillaume Tronchet in the Louis XVI style. The chateau was originally built as a country residence for the aristocracy of the early 20th century, and the architecture still shows the features of the ”transition” - the classical austerity of the Louis XVI style is intertwined with the light eclecticism of the Belle Époque. The hotel is located in the Chantilly forest, which creates a sense of a secluded reserve surrounded by Nature . Despite the proximity of Paris (only about 40 km), the hotel remains a quiet refuge in the forest - a feeling of being in a country castle rather than just a hotel. The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace . Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy. The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it offers good value for the price. The location is convenient, right next to the final metro station and a large Auchan supermarket. On the ground floor, there are entertainment areas for both children and adults, as well as a convenient water refill station. There were a few issues with cleanliness and organization. Our room wasn’t fully prepared for three guests—we received only one set of towels, there was no complimentary welcome water, and the shower gel was empty and wasn’t refilled during housekeeping. However, after we reported these issues, the staff responded promptly and resolved everything. Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option with a great location.

One of the finest places to stay in Paris with a family. Nearby Carrefour, bus stop just a few minutes away and Metro line 9 around 10mins away. The room was spacious and had everything. Courteous staff and everyday room cleaning (which is quite rare now). I stayed for 4 nights with two toddlers. Smart TV must be placed in rooms and room slippers should be added.

Good hotel, well located near the CDG airport (with a super easy access to all the terminals). My room was fairly big and clean. There is a convenient store nearby (inside Roissy Pôle railway station) where you can find snacks and several other useful items. The gym is decent but it could be much better. The hotel should add a few heavy weights, one additional bench and 1-2 workout machines and it would be great. I couldn’t access the swimming pool and the sauna : they were both closed, which is very disappointing (especially since they were people swimming earlier).

I happened to be in Paris during a heatwave. It was 40 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning was inadequate. The lobby AC worked fine, but the AC in my room blew warm air and was very noisy, making it impossible to sleep at night. The cleanliness also needs significant improvement. What's more, there was no water in the room; I had to take a kettle to the hallway to fill it up. Many of my compatriots complain about Marriott hotels back home, but you'll truly appreciate how good they are when you see that the Paris Airport Marriott costs ¥1900 a night and doesn't even have proper air conditioning!

The price was good since it's a bit further from Paris, but it's close to the station, and I stayed here because there was a concert at Accor Arena. It didn't feel too far at all. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The staff were very kind, making for a comfortable stay. The only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't figure out how to open the bathtub drain plug. I called for staff but no one came (I managed to fix it myself, so it was fine in the end).

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, as it is directly connected to the airport shuttle train station, so I could get there without getting wet even if it was raining. It also felt very safe and easy to use, even when arriving late at night. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there were quite a few people waiting, they handled everything smoothly and efficiently. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed and mattress were also very nice, and I slept well. The shower had good water pressure, and I really appreciated having a water filter, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the room. It was very convenient to have drinking water available, as well as being able to make tea or coffee. I also liked that the toilet and bathroom were separate. The room was spacious enough for me to open two large suitcases comfortably, and there was still plenty of space. The sofa area was also very comfortable. For an airport hotel, it was much better than I expected. On my departure day, since my flight was at night, I left my luggage after check-out, and the staff handled it very smoothly. Considering Paris prices, I felt this hotel was very good value. I would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel at Charles de Gaulle Airport. Thank you very much.

The hotel is by the river, the green park by the river is clean and beautiful, there are flowers on the bridge, there are boats and uncles playing in the river😄 The staff are polite and kind, the room is clean and comfortable, and the pure Western breakfast, baguette, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, milk oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, etc. are standard. It is also close to the city of Paris. Suitable for leisure and vacation, sitting on the park bench next to it and feeling the breeze and the bright spring light, you will be in a good mood! (There are grandpas and grandmas, friends, and couples do this😎) It is worth recommending!

Compared to other airport hotels, this one is a bit further out. You have to drag your luggage quite a distance outdoors after getting off the Airport Express. The hotel itself is just okay; the rooms feel a bit dated. There's nothing else particularly noteworthy. If the price is right, it's an option.

This wasn't my first time booking this hotel, but this time it was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the person at the front desk informed us that there would be a power outage at 11 PM for an unlimited duration! No explanation was given, and there was no commercial gesture (like a complimentary breakfast or anything similar). The power outage did indeed happen, and to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM for 10 minutes! As we were leaving, we asked them to at least offer us complimentary parking. The response from the front desk was, 'You need to pay for parking at the machine!' Luckily for us, the machine was out of order due to the power outage, so they had no choice but to offer it to us for free. Very disappointed with the team's behavior. I'll hesitate to book this hotel again next time.
