A perfect hotel with unexpectedly excellent service! From the lobby manager to the bar manager, everyone was always there when you needed them. The food was carefully prepared, and the non-slip flooring in the guest bathroom was impeccable. The marble on the walls looked like a painting, very tasteful. If I had to find a flaw, it would be that the hairdryer is a bit big and heavy, and the body lotion the hotel uses is too fragrant. Other than that, it's definitely the top choice hotel for value for money!

All the staffs at Ritz were extremely courteous. Spacious and immaculate rooms. 5 floor levels of rooms with 3 lifts made available at any instant.
