This hotel is excellent in terms of location, facilities and overall environment! If the sightseeing needs of the old city are not taken into consideration, I think the hardware conditions provide a better stay experience than the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet. However, the overall service quality is slightly inferior. Every staff member of the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet is extremely warm and friendly, and always greets guests when they meet them; in contrast, the service staff of the Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus is somewhat uneven. It is worth mentioning that the Turkish restaurant in the hotel is excellent, which is undoubtedly an ideal choice for tasting authentic Turkish food.

I acknowledge that it's the best luxury hotel in Istanbul. There was a minor service issue, but it was resolved very well, which is understandable given that they are a luxury hotel aiming to excel. Recommended.

A luxurious and elegant hotel, it felt like staying in a palace. After 6 pm, you can walk from the hotel to visit the adjacent Chela Palace. The hotel bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Afternoon tea and fruit were provided, and the mini-bar was complimentary. The breakfast selection was abundant; there wasn't enough to try everything! The service was attentive, and the experience was excellent. There's an outdoor swimming pool, and the hotel's back garden is right next to the Bosphorus Strait. Sitting on the swings, gazing at the beautiful scenery and palaces, was truly a wonderful experience. The best hotel of the trip 🏨, I'll never forget it.

I was originally staying for five consecutive nights. Upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with my room and contacted the front desk to resolve the issue. The staff member I was dealing with kept changing their explanations, eventually flatly saying, ”I've tried my best to resolve the issue, but you don't seem satisfied. Remember, I'm trying to help you.” After receiving this response, I decided to change hotels. I'm grateful to Ctrip customer service for their assistance in resolving the issue. We both shared the same feeling: the staff member's English was incredibly fast and unstandard. Upon checking out, another staff member offered a free upgrade to an executive suite, but I declined, reflecting my current state of mind. The two stars for service go to the other staff members; the night shift staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is pleasant, and the rooms are immaculately clean. On a separate note, there's some renovation work happening across the street from the hotel entrance, which slightly detracts from the overall appearance.

The hotel's overall facilities are great, and the air conditioning in the rooms works perfectly for both heating and cooling. During check-out, we met Manager Darhan, who provided professional and enthusiastic service. The hotel is truly lucky to have him and his team. A manager from the housekeeping department, who appeared to be of Indian/Pakistani descent, also provided excellent service. However, we did encounter some issues at breakfast. The menu advertised freshly squeezed juices (pomegranate and orange), but they clearly weren't fresh. The waitress serving our table seemed unwilling to acknowledge this. Aside from this and the slight inconvenience of getting a taxi right outside the hotel, everything else was excellent. I really appreciated the hotel's late check-out policy, and the concierge's luggage delivery service was also outstanding.
