This place has just given us the best hotel experience we’ve had in Asia… quite something, considering Macao is a city-break destination. * The hotel room is utterly superb — from the views, to the huge size, to the classy décor, to the small touches like the complimentary minibar, the massage chair in the bedroom, and the in-room spa service. * The food is exemplary. Even the bar snacks are supremely presented. * The swimming pool is heated — zero shock upon entering — and we didn’t want to get out, as it feels very much like a bath. Perfect. * From butler service through to check-in and concierge alike, this place redefines xenodocheionology (hotel lore). During the flight home, we both sat there blissfully aware that we’d just experienced something very special. We got what we paid for — the very best of world-famous Chinese hospitality and a Valentine’s holiday we’ll never forget.

This was my 7-month-old son's first trip, and I want to thank the Ritz-Carlton Macau, especially Ms. Amy at reception, for providing us with a perfect stay. From check-in onwards, the staff went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. They also thoughtfully decorated our room to welcome our baby on his first journey. The hotel specially provided a children's tent, a lovely lion toy, and a small backpack for us. The room also had baby sanitizing products and a bed rail, which was incredibly considerate for guests traveling with an infant. Our little one had so much fun playing in the tent and absolutely loved his new toy. What was truly surprising and delightful was that the hotel prepared a custom bib with his name on it and a small tote bag as souvenirs! This made his first trip even more memorable!

Here, you can have your butler pour you a chilled glass of champagne and enjoy a blissful, undisturbed moment of tipsiness in your own private sanctuary. Bathing in London's Golden Dawn The most captivating feature of the Windsor Suite is undoubtedly the massive floor-to-ceiling window that offers panoramic views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. As night falls, the Victorian-style deep bathtub in the bathroom is already filled with perfectly heated water. Immersed in the fragrant, luxurious soak, the mottled silhouette of Big Ben and its golden lights shimmer through the misty steam outside the window. At that moment, the dazzling urban splendor outside becomes a backdrop to your bath, this 'hermitage in the bustling world, free from the clamor of carriages' is the profound tenderness the Windsor Suite bestows upon its guests. Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.
