Absolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. A hotel that will also be booked is really great. About 5 or 6 staff members turn around every day. Any need can be handed over to a personal butler. The hotel is very safe. If you don't book, you are not allowed to enter the resort.

If you’re actually hoping for great food and excellent service at an all inclusive, this place is a must. Extremely clean, fabulous food and service. Far exceeded our expectations - Abraham was very friendly and helpful and he made our stay extra enjoyable.

We chose this hotel because the ocean waves are generally very strong throughout Los Cabos, making most hotel beaches unsafe for swimming. This hotel, however, is located in Santa Maria Bay, which allows for safe swimming. Prior to arrival, I knew nothing about the Montage. But within 10 minutes of checking in on the first day, I was completely blown away. And it wasn't just because of the nearly billion-dollar investment in the entire resort, or how they carefully relocated and then replanted the bay's vegetation during construction to preserve the ecosystem. It was the service. Their service is incredibly attentive yet makes you feel completely at ease and free, with absolutely no discomfort. I took some time to learn about the Montage brand. While they focus on top-notch facilities, they move away from 'scripted' service to achieve 'genuine, relaxed care.' They've evolved from 'responsive' to 'intuitive, invisible' service. They've broken down the rigid boundaries often found in traditional five-star luxury hotels. They consistently anticipate your needs and act before you even have to ask, which has shaped their unique service philosophy and quickly made them a rising star in the ultra-luxury hotel market. Since the group hasn't been around for long, most of their hotels are in the US and North America, so many Chinese guests aren't familiar with them. The Executive Sous Chef, who is from China, specially came to meet and greet us after learning we had checked in. He told us that while they do have Chinese guests regularly, they are mostly Chinese residents in the US. We were their first guests from mainland China, which was quite interesting. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share this so more people could discover this hotel. I would definitely go back to the Montage Los Cabos, and other Montage properties, given the chance!
