The aesthetic of the lobby is breathtaking. The room was nice. The service was terrible. Upon arrival I discovered the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty in the shower (they don't leave individual use bottles, they have large bottles locked into a holder in the shower). Called for more and all they brought was shampoo stating, ”That's all we have”. I made do as I had to get to an event that evening. Called first thing in the morning for the above still empty items. Initial call, 800 am. Front desk called back 30 minutes later asking what I had asked for because they forgot. Told them again. Even went looking for housekeeping the hallway without any luck. 30 minutes later, the wrong items arrived. For $200+ a night I expect basic personal care products. Now I question if they even cleaned the room properly if those things were missed. Do better Marriott.

Clean, great accommodations and amenities. Good breakfast (not free), plenty of parking. Would recommend asking for an upper floor as did hear people walking above on the 3rd floor. Clean rooms, had everything you would need, but ice machine was broken on 3 rd floor. Pool and exercise rooms clean and fresh, but towels could be a bit bigger in the pool area for us larger body types. will definitely return.
