My rating is 10 out of 10. Food was very very delicious and fresh, room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were really great, several pools one next to the beach was very long along the shore. Two simultaneous activities every evening one at the bar, one at the amphitheater. We definitely recommend to stay.

The hotel is not too far from the center of Bodrum town. It is easy to drive to. The location is excellent, the environment is quiet, the facilities are sufficient, the spa is great, and the hotel's beach is beautiful. It is a good place to relax on vacation.

Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. Hotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.

Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

The price-performance ratio is not high. I think it is a bit worse than I expected. Service: No one helped with the luggage, and the front desk did not speak good English.
