Lovely hotel although we had an accessible room overlooking the courtyard. The shower was not suitable for anyone over 5ft 4in as the shower head was at that height. The air con was very noisy. The curtains did not meet at the join and so people in the courtyard could see in through the slit/daylight comes in. Lastly the room had a funny smell. But the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Our second room was on the second floor overlooking the marina and the road. You could hear traffic noise and people walking around upstairs but lovely bathroom and very clean. The staff were all charming and couldn’t be more helpful. The location is great for wandering around Sausalito which is fabulous. You also get 15% off the Firestation cafe which was just gorgeous! I hear that the larger rooms are stunning.

Very American-style living experience, a bit like a small community. The buildings are historical. The upgraded room is very large. It is also within walking distance to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Probably the nearest hotel to the pier and the sea in Tiburon The room is small, the bed is very comfortable, each room has its own private balcony, the breakfast order is hung at the door of the room at night, the breakfast will be delivered to the room the next day (free), the front desk is quite polite The location is excellent, the main street of Tiburon is the hotel, and the ferry to Angel Island Angel Island is next to the hotel. Hotel room rates are slightly more expensive, but considering the location, convenient transportation, acceptable, recommended 👍

Very good. The staff is very enthusiastic. The room is very clean. The breakfast is relatively simple but has a variety of options. Ctrip's room is next to the restaurant. It is a little noisy in the morning. If you mind, you can confirm the room location in advance.

I used it well. The surrounding scenery is good and the location is also close to downtown San Francisco.It is a good place for family trips. Breakfast and facilities are also good. Still, I have a doctor to use it next time.

For many years, I have enjoyed my stays at E.S. This facility did not measure up to the other E.B.'s I've stayed at. The employees were wonderful! The AC did not work well, the tiles in the bathroom had grout that was smeared on the tile, and the water flow from the bathroom sink was super low. I was very surprised, because this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in an E.B. stay. Again, the employees were super amazing, professional, and kind. One more thing, the pillows were not comfortable. Sorry! I think this is the first time I have ever posted anything negative about any business. Trust me, E.B. is normally AMAZING!

Everyone was so friendly and accomadating. I am planning to stay there again the October and look forward to staying. The room was clean. I do wish there was more shampoo and conditioner but otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

The room, though compact, was well-appointed. However, the ambiance leaned towards the dim side, which might not be everyone's preference. It would be great if they considered enhancing the lighting to brighten up the space a bit more. Overall, a decent stay, but there's room for improvement.
