Mandarin Oriental will never disappoint, this service is particularly excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping to the concierge, without exception, home away from home is a body. There is a bakery opened in 1703 downstairs, and the prezel with butter is so delicious! The Barn coffee on the corner is good, and it's very hot in Berlin.

The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near the Christmas market. One small issue was that the breakfast restaurant seemed understaffed, which caused the service to be a bit slow and the staff to appear slightly stressed. This is understandable, but better staffing or management could make the service feel warmer and more pleasant.
