The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River delivers an exceptional stay from start to finish. The interiors are impeccable—refined, modern, and thoughtfully designed at every turn. Service is consistently outstanding, with staff anticipating needs and providing warm, attentive care throughout the experience.
A highlight was BKK Social Club, where the atmosphere is vibrant yet sophisticated, and the staff were especially kind and engaging. Time at the pool was equally impressive, with attentive service that made it easy to fully unwind. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing stay, capped off by a truly gorgeous room—elegant, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a luxury escape.
Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River 从入住到离店都带来卓越的体验。酒店的室内设计无可挑剔——精致、现代,每一个细节都经过深思熟虑。服务始终保持高水准,员工能够预见需求,并在整个过程中提供温暖而周到的关怀。
BKK Social Club

Four Seasons remains the gold standard for service. The hygiene is top-notch, and the turndown service always offers delightful surprises. Traveling with kids, the extra bed was incredibly convenient. We received a puzzle as a welcome gift, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. They even replenished our welcome fruit after we finished it. My only slight personal observation, which I've noticed across all hotels in Thailand over my ten-plus years of visiting — whether city or resort — is that staff tend to be a bit friendlier to Western guests than to Chinese guests. The Four Seasons, though, is actually one of the better ones in that regard. Overall, it's excellent; you get a real resort feel even in the city. For this brand and price point, it's quite reasonable, especially considering how expensive Four Seasons resorts can be. Great value for money.

Everything was perfect, absolutely flawless! From check-in to check-out, they arranged all sorts of pleasant surprises, and the emotional value was off the charts! It's a shame I checked in midway through my trip, so I didn't get to experience the airport transfer or fast-track service, but they arranged a car to take me to my next hotel after check-out. Throughout my stay, every single staff member, including the General Manager, was attentive to guests' needs – a truly extraordinary experience! If the price is acceptable for you, I highly recommend checking it out!

Aman's service, as always, was exceptional. They provided round-trip airport transfers and even drove us to our next hotel. The general manager personally greeted us at the door, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and luxurious, truly in a league of its own in Bangkok. The breakfast was delicious, and their signature Thai dishes are definitely worth trying. We also experienced the hotel's teppanyaki and spa, and I highly recommend the spa. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Room 9 was incredibly noisy; motorbikes were revving loudly in the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Both the room and common areas were beautiful. After I reported the noise issue, the hotel kindly offered me complimentary breakfast, even though my room rate didn't include it. They also gave me an ashtray I was going to buy. However, I still had to endure two nights of noise. They did grant me a late checkout until 3 PM.

Excellent service, well-equipped hotel facilities, and a wonderful environment. The surrounding area has everything you need, and there's even a Chinese-speaking manager to assist. I'll definitely be coming back often. Absolutely loved it, a perfect trip!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view, making it a perfect place to relax. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, with something for everyone.
The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were well maintained and added to the overall experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It’s right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient, and it’s also within walking distance of the BTS station, making it easy to get around the city.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

The room view was absolutely stunning, perfect for photos! The front desk also offered Chinese-speaking service, which was a huge plus. Conveniently, there's a mall right on the basement level. On my first day, I even ran into a Thai celebrity! It's so easy to grab food and go shopping here. And the infinity pool was incredibly beautiful too.

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying, and I have to commend the hotel's service. The front desk staff were exceptionally gentle and patient. During check-in, they meticulously explained nearby attractions and transportation advice, patiently answering all my questions with a warm and friendly demeanor. While the hotel facilities clearly show their age, and the room was a bit old-fashioned, it was equipped with all the essential daily amenities and kept spotlessly clean, which didn't affect my stay at all.
The breakfast was a major highlight of this trip! The variety was fantastic, with a great selection of Thai snacks, fruits, and hot dishes. Everything tasted authentic and delicious, making every morning meal very satisfying. Staff were visible everywhere, proactively helping to clear plates, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Even though the hardware isn't brand new, the genuinely warm and attentive service from everyone made a huge impression. It offers great value for money, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for a Bangkok vacation, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The views are amazing, you can watch the fireworks directly from your room. Transportation is convenient, with a shuttle boat to Iconsiam every half hour, and on-demand service to the pier. Every day, a different dessert is delivered to the room, and breakfast offers river views and is quite substantial. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and don't disturb you unnecessarily. The only downside is that the room's interior facilities are a bit dated, such as the charging outlets and the smart control panel for the whole room. Overall, it's good value for money, especially since this Peninsula is super affordable.

The privacy here is excellent. You need a card to access the check-in area, and there's a designated waiting area for guests outside. When checking in, they offer a soft drink menu and snacks! Upon arrival, you're greeted with welcome champagne, fruit, and more snacks. The pool is uncrowded, perfect for a refreshing swim. The breakfast is absolutely delicious – a must-try! For getting around, there's a speedboat that takes you directly to IconSiam across the river.

Mandarin Oriental Bangkok | A Century of Riverside Luxury, Embodying Timeless Old-Money Elegance
Wandering along the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, the Mandarin Oriental is more than just a hotel; it's a legendary landmark spanning over a century. Through more than a hundred years of refinement, it has shed ostentation and imbued its discreet, old-money style into every brick and tile. From personal butlers and therapeutic spa treatments to authentic Thai cuisine, every detail exemplifies the true meaning of ultra-five-star luxury.
The entire hotel is built along the Chao Phraya River, with century-old colonial architecture blended with Thai classical aesthetics. There's no gaudy extravagance, only the composed elegance of a distinguished family. Wooden columns, vintage carvings, soft fabrics, and omnipresent floral arrangements complement each other, and in the shifting light, one senses a steadfast quality forged by time, a tranquil haven favored by celebrities and connoisseurs for years. Luxury here is never overtly displayed; instead, it's embedded in generations of service. The moment you step in, you understand what enduring classic means.
The exclusive 24-hour butler service is the hotel's most captivating feature. From the moment of arrival, attentive service accompanies you throughout, precisely anticipating every need without repeated requests. Luggage handling, itinerary planning, room tidying, and beverage preparation are meticulously done. Every action is professional and graceful, with perfect discretion. The thoughtful morning greetings, careful preparations before going out, and warm welcome upon late-night returns are all seamlessly present yet unobtrusive, integrating ultimate comfort into daily life, making your stay feel like you're in a private estate – relaxed and secure.
The hotel's Thai spa is a top-tier experience in Bangkok, nestled in a secluded courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery and the gentle sound of water, isolating it from all city disturbances. Inheriting authentic traditional Thai massage techniques, the therapists' movements are professional and gentle, with just the right amount of pressure. From shoulder and neck release to full-body relaxation, it progressively dispels travel fatigue. The private treatment rooms are tranquil and intimate, with subtle, soothing aromatherapy and natural Thai essential oils. After one session, your body and mind are completely relaxed, as if falling into a gentle dream. It's a striking and unforgettable experience, an absolute must-try during your stay.
The dining experience is a one-stop culinary feast, perfectly blending authentic Thai flavors with international cuisine. The main Thai restaurant adheres strictly to traditional recipes, with green curry, tom yum goong, Thai fried dishes, and tropical desserts all authentically prepared. The rich layers of sour, spicy, fresh, and aromatic flavors, along with fresh and exquisite ingredients, truly replicate the genuine taste of local Bangkok cuisine. The riverside dining area offers superb views; with the evening breeze accompanying the Chao Phraya scenery, you can enjoy exquisite meals while admiring the river's nightscape, creating an incredibly atmospheric experience. In addition to classic Thai dishes, multi-national cuisine, exquisite afternoon tea, and handcrafted desserts are also top-notch, with ingredients, presentation, and taste all meeting ultra-five-star standards, satisfying even the most discerning palate.
With a century of splendor, the craftsmanship remains unchanged. The Mandarin Oriental Bangkok uses the wisdom of time to build its foundation and defines luxury through every detail. The understated, sophisticated old-money ambiance, impeccable butler service, healing traditional spa treatments, and unforgettable Thai cuisine collectively create a unique riverside living experience. It doesn't chase trends but upholds classics, making it the ultimate choice for a stay in Bangkok and a truly top-tier luxury journey worth revisiting repeatedly.

A historic hotel with excellent service and pleasant surprises!
This hotel is steeped in history, celebrating its 150th anniversary this year with many special limited-edition items, including apparel, food, and souvenirs.
The hotel's location truly embraces the canal theme, offering convenient and charming boat shuttle services to its private pier.
The service here is incredibly detailed. We expressed interest in the hotel's history and culture, and they kindly arranged for a staff member to give us a guided tour and explanation. On our check-in day, we received a cake because I was celebrating my birthday in Thailand. The birthday wishes arrived even before my actual birthday, complete with a handwritten card and a delicious chocolate mousse cake. It was lovely to see staff members, especially in the lobby, who remembered and warmly greeted us, even if they had only served us once before. Later that evening, when we went for a drink at the Bamboo Bar, the singer even came over specifically to sing me a birthday song!
The next day, I visited the spa and received another thoughtful card, well wishes, and an adorable little cake – it was incredibly heartwarming. Every day, the housekeeping staff would meticulously fold our clothes and organize them neatly, which was a delightful touch.
