A stylish hotel with good service and food.
shortcoming
1- The room is still a bit old, but it can be better and more comfortable in this style, such as the lobby is very good
2- The rooftop swimming pool is not heated, can't swim, it becomes a set, pity

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

The room I booked includes breakfast. After eating, let me sign the room number and I signed it. Later, the front desk charged me for breakfast. It said that it was and the sign was not paid. The bed was a bit too soft and uncomfortable to sleep.

Super friendly staff available 24/7. Nice breakfast too. Right in the middle of Historical Center so great location. Can be a bit loud at night cuz ppl still party by midnight if u come back home early tho

L hôtel en lui même est bien , avec sur les photo vu sur la mer , mais plusieurs problèmes ont gâchés le séjours,
1 ère , la chambre 10 qui etait loin de la route , devrait être calme , mais tous les moteurs de Clim de l etage sont derrière cette chambre , donc nuit blanche .
On m a changé de chambre mais
2 eme , l hôtel avait précisé après ma réservation non annulable , qu il y avait des travaux à côté.. j ai demandé a changer d hotel , refusé.
mais ce ne sont pas de simple travaux, c est la construction d un immeuble attenant, avec 20 ouvriers ,du bruit de 7 h du matin à 16 h de l après midi

Os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. O quarto grande e confortável! Uma vista maravilhosa da praia na area da piscina. Café maravilhoso, farto e sortido. Era meu aniversário e eles providenciaram um bolinho com velas no café da manhã.

The hotel is located in the Pelourinho, a very effervescent area. The staff received excellent attention and very comfortable rooms. It is a accommodation that keeps its essence and offers multiple comforts. The area is full of life and although you need to be careful with your personal objects, with common sense you don't feel at any time in danger.

Small and beautiful, the staff and boss know every guest. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. One day because of our early trip, the hotel specially arranged a full breakfast at 6:30 for us in advance. The location is excellent, the restaurant's small garden and balcony view are first-class.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.

The facilities were great, clean, good location, but I didn't find the breakfast very attractive, it could be better. The service at the shift change changed a bit, my first service with a guy was good, the second with a girl was not good.

The hotel is a paradise if you look for connection with nature, relaxation and comfort.With the feet in the sand, the hotel has a very complete green area, a spacious swimming pool that serves children and adults and with programs to entertain the whole family.
The rooms are clean and cool. Breakfast is a variety of good, with regional cuisine.
The staff are very careful, friendly and efficient.
