The hotel environment is very good, a bit English country style, clean and comfortable, more worth staying on vacation than the city; the staff is very warm, breakfast can also order some dishes in addition to the provided, enough to enjoy, the taste is a normal Western breakfast, Personally like this country style, the surrounding small single-family country villas, it looks very leisurely, full of holiday style, recommended

Lovely clean hotel. Very comfy beds. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were pleasant. Driver was the friendliest. Was a good stay but I wouldn’t say it wowed me and felt staff could’ve been more attentive. Also lack of room service, evening snacks, fridge, tv channels, alternative pillows etc. also hotel said they didn’t receive my special requests I’ve added to the trip booking which meant the birthday we were celebrating was overlooked.

I stayed at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa for three nights over a weekend and honestly had a great time. The spa facilities were spot on. the pool and jacuzzi were lovely and they’ve also got a steam room, two saunas, an aromatic room and even a cold room. Plenty to keep you relaxed. The location is really peaceful with nice views over the fields. you might even catch a glimpse of goats or sheep wandering about. The room itself was clean. tidy and spacious. I had a standard privilege room and it was perfect for a short stay. The bathroom was a good size too. Even though the hotel only has two floors, they’ve still got two lifts which was handy. The spa facilities are open for a good chunk of the day and there’s no strict time limit on using them which I really appreciated. I booked through a third party with breakfast included, but it didn’t show on the hotel’s system. The staff were really friendly about it though and sorted it straight away after I showed my confirmation. Breakfast was decent. nothing over the top, but a good standard hotel breakfast with everything you’d expect. Parking is free and there’s loads of space, you just need to register your car on the tablet at reception. Overall, a very pleasant stay and all positive from my experience. I’d happily go back.

Good thing is the car parking at weekend is free. The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel. There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.

Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park. There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked. The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener. There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues. The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back.

We had booked two rooms with a double and a single bed in both but when we arrived we were told are booking was for two rooms with one double in each as we had children as well was not best pleased hotel was great but spoilt the trip

Excellent comfortable room with good facilities. Very good shower. Well stocked coffee, tea, milk. Location a bit hard to find. Car park entrance not available for exit. Friendly helpful staff. Didnt use the restaurant but it had a wide selection of evening meals.

It is a resort hotel with a large yard and beautiful scenery. There is a swimming pool, which is very comfortable in summer. There is a small bar in the evening where you can have a drink, but it is a bit remote. The breakfast variety is a bit limited.
