The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
Luxury hotel , it would be just desirable to state that access to the pool is one hour a day by booking a pre-time slot and that access to the pool is no longer permitted for children from 18h.
The rest was just perfect 👌

The location is closed to Brussels, just 25mins by car. And free parking!!! The hotel provides a nice welcome drink and snacks to us. The dinner and the breakfast are great. Just only we’d ordered kids menu pizza, but they’d provided the adult big one to my son.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants nearby that can be selected. When you check in, you need to be careful when you find the parking lot. There are too many mouths. If you are not careful, you will find the wrong one.

Hotel in the middle of the forest but still only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve and the train station. Easy access to Brussels by train. Very quiet. Good Breakfast included therefore it is much cheaper option that staying in a hotel in Brussels.

The baby bed was very fast and the front desk staff was very good. But we have already paid on the trip, but the front desk of the hotel said that we can't find it, so I don't know if there is a problem with the trip and the hotel system transmission.

The hotel is generally good, next to Carrefour and building materials supermarket, fast business trip life is not bad, if one person lives, the room is OK, two people have to choose a bigger room.

Very good reception of a very friendly employee.
The bathroom is slippery and it is prudent to keep on the hands (fortunately there are!)

In addition to the smell of oil on the quilt bed, it is estimated that it will not be changed for too long, others are OK. It is the waiter for breakfast, very rude. She came to collect the plate before I finished eating. I thought something was wrong, I gave her the plate, the bread left on another plate, she told me I couldn't pack it, I said I was still eating. Then I told her to put the plate down, and then I continued eating, and I finished eating. Not a good mood.

Reviews From Real Travelers
The hotel is located in the center of Wavre. The entrance is very easy to walk past by. The staff was helpful during checkin and check out.
Hotel was clean but there’s a smoking and nonsmoking floor, and the air mixes in the hallway. The room itself is fine and comfortable, but there is no microwave or fridge. So plan your food accordingly.
Overall the hotel is a good value if you need a place to stay in Wavre.
