I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Hotel. What I liked most was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, cooperative, and always willing to adjust to our needs, which made us feel very comfortable. The hotel’s location was also perfect, with all the essential amenities nearby. On top of that, the hotel itself was beautiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it!

I'd give this hotel a perfect score. First off, the location is unbeatable – right on Passeig de Gràcia, surrounded by luxury boutiques, with Chanel literally next door. It's incredibly convenient and safe for shopping; you can just drop your purchases off at the hotel immediately. This is quite important in Barcelona, so you don't have to walk around trying to discreetly carry large shopping bags. Secondly, the room was very spacious, they offer turn-down service, and the breakfast was delicious – they even had dumplings! The hotel was also very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep, and it's super close to Casa Milà.

This is my second time at W Barcelona. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it wasn't too crowded. Both times, checking in took a long time. I paid to upgrade to a king room with a view at the front desk, which came out to about 5000 a night, but honestly, it felt pretty average. There are no shops or Chinese restaurants nearby, and ordering delivery takes forever. The bar on the 2nd floor closes quite early; we barely had any time to relax before it shut down. Breakfast was good and tasty, but the staff were so busy that getting our coffee took ages.

Great hotel staff. Very helpful and friendly employees! Always ready to help: with a taxi, with recommendations, with booking tickets. Very good breakfasts, they meet and see you off. The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅 Everything else, and especially the location, is great! Very nice Spanish restaurant, which greeted me in a friendly manner even at 22.00😇

Our best stay in Spain. The staffs were all friendly. I only managed to catch a few people’s names like Anass, Raquel, Sebastian but everyone (front desk, concierge, housekeeping, breakfast staffs) in the hotel made us feel very welcome and comfortable. For example, Sebastian offered a pair of scissors without us even asking when he saw us repacking our luggage at the lobby. Everyday we went out and returned, everyone would greet us. We truly felt the warm welcome and friendliness of the Spanish through them. Very glad to book this hotel even though the hotel may be slightly more expensive than other hotels in Barcelona. Housekeeping seems to be done twice daily too (they will leave us chocolates on our bed every evening which is extremely sweet of them). Housekeeping team also sprayed fragrance on our little pillows which we brought with us on the trip (no other hotels have done so for us into past). One more thing to add is that the showers in the hotel are full glass so it lacks privacy. We did not know this beforehand but only upon our check in. Anass and team assisted us the next day to stick privacy film to make us more comfortable. A pity is that the Michelin starred restaurant located in the hotel is closed from Sunday to Tuesday, so we could not get to try it. The breakfast is the same every morning too but it was alright. We would definitely return to the hotel if we are in Barcelona again. Gracias Team Ohla Barcelona! 100/100

The hotel's location is excellent, making travel super convenient! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The facilities were complete and all in good working order. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The service and assistance at the reception was just great, highly appreciated - great advice on restaurants and cooperative approach in our individual requests with the little kids. The room was clean. Meals at breakfast wasn’t that great choice as we expected, but it depends on purposes of the stay, we stayed just one night in the hotel with the family and it was enough. Location is also fantastic - you are just in the middle of everything.

The Two Hotel Barcelona by Axel - Adults Only is located in a quiet, comfortable, and safe neighborhood in an extended area. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, offering options for all budgets, or you can buy groceries and cook yourself. The L1 metro line is conveniently close, making it easy to get to the airport, train station, and Estació del Nord, as well as to explore towns around Barcelona. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, clean, and hygienic, perfect for couples. The front desk staff are polite and enthusiastic, always trying their best to help. Overall, I stayed at the Two Hotel Barcelona by Axel - Adults Only for 11 out of my 12-day trip to Barcelona, and it was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Initially we were given a terrible room with a terrible bathroom. A day later we decided to find out if it was possible to change the number and we were given a normal number. Please note that the photos presented here do not refer to standard rooms (most likely in the photo - luxury)

The hotel is located in a residential and business district, right next to El Corte Inglés department store and a cluster of office buildings. There are plenty of cafes offering simple breakfast options. There's also a medium-sized supermarket, starting with 'c', right around the corner. It's really convenient for both shopping and breakfast. The room facilities are pretty standard, with an IKEA-like feel. The bathroom fixtures are a bit basic. Breakfast costs 15 euros plus a 10% service charge, and there's a good variety of choices. One thing to note is that the bath towels are only changed every two days, which wasn't mentioned on Trip.com when I booked.

The room is airy with a window, and the balcony gets plenty of sunlight. Besides breakfast, the bar on the 3rd floor is open until 11 PM, so you don't need to go out for lunch or dinner. There's also a Spanish national supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient, just remember it's closed on Sundays. The location is great; it's not only close to the high-speed rail station but also very near the metro station, making it easy to get to the convention center, stadium, city center attractions, and the airport. The rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views and delicious food.

It's no exaggeration to say that Seventy Barcelona was my favorite hotel during my trip to Spain. The hotel is located at the end of Passeig de Gràcia, making it convenient to get anywhere. The lobby is beautiful, and you can enjoy a spa massage during your stay (though we didn't get to, which was a bit of a shame). It's very quiet at night, a blessing for light sleepers! The hallways are also very peaceful! I truly loved Seventy Barcelona, so much so that I even asked for a key card as a souvenir when I left.

Highlights: Great breakfast, awesome location. Lowlights: 1) Lost money in the hotel. We left some local currency which was taken when we had the room cleaned. 2) We paid for the breakfast option in cash, forgot to get a receipt, the following day the guys at the front desk said there were no records of the payment nor the additional breakfast. They eventually conceded but you can’t help but think the guys we initially paid cash to pocketed the money.

The hotel location was great, near the metro and v walkable to the shopping district. Room was big and spacious (think we got the room for the wheel-bounded by chance). However, its cleanliness can be worked on as we found strays of hair on the bathroom wall and also a clump of dust on the hairdryer net. The bottled water as well as the tap water tasted a bit funny and felt slimy (you know the feeling you get when you have to wash your hands vigorously to get rid of that soapy feeling), but we googled and it’s probably just Barcelona’s water sewage system at it. The wifi was strong, and the water pressure of the shower was great. Note the hotel does not provide bathroom slippers though.
