Varindavan Park Serviced Residence

Saw this place on trip and the photos made it out to look very nice. Old and dated fixing etc but still nice and clean with full amenities. Upon arriving we quickly realised that this was not the case. If I could give this place 0 I would have. The staff were useless upon checking in. The lobby itself was very weird with random items of furniture and random stuff sitting around. When we got to the room there was dead and live bugs on the floor and in the beds. There was hair and other dirt and dust on the floor. There was no towels, no tv, no hot water. The beds were rock hard. One of the cabinets in the bedroom was smashed up with holes in one end. The balcony was absolutely filthy with grime and rubbish. We stayed in the room for 2 hours and when my friend jumped out of bed because he’d been bitten by a bed bug, that was it and we walked out. There is no way I could’ve slept in that room. The way they present this place online vs reality is a complete scam so STAY AWAY!!!!!

Bad hotel ever, too dirty , bad service ,fake room picture warning everyone to not book this very bad hotel

Trust me! Don’t stay there, even don’t think about it to stay there just because it is cheap! The toilet is smelly. The room is old. The bedsheet is dirty. I understand it is really cheap. I confess it is my mistake to book this hotel just because Accor hotels are either fully booked or super expensive on 30 December 2023. I booked two days, I slept a few hours and decide to check out early. After this lesson learned, I move to Mövenpick suconvit 15 which is one of a few available Accor hotels with a premium price. But I tell myself I have saved one night cost by staying there a few hours. After hearing my experience, do you want to book?

The hotel is a old already..the tv not working..the dinning table is broken…the curtain in dirty…but the staff is friendly..they help me to get a taxi…

Please do not book this hotel. There are far better hotels than this. Pictures shown in site are totally fake. In reality it’s worst hotel with no amenities. Rooms are totally in bad conditions, AC not working , no towel, water. You need to ask them for each and every item. So please don’t waste your money. We had very bad experience and we left this hotel next morning its self although we booked it for 2 nights.

Worst rooms, zero cleanliness and worst atmosphere. I had to literally book a new hotel

Full of cockroaches! I even changed rooms once but still have 🪳! And they downgraded me from Deluxe bedroom to normal bedroom without refunding me the difference.The first room I had to kill around 40 cockroaches in one night while the second room I had to kill an average of 5 🪳 per day! The swimming pool is filled with garbage, dare you swim in it? Broken switches and leaking sinks that they agreed to fix but did nothing about it. Very reluctant cleaners! You only get your room clean if you tell the lobby reception specifically as approaching the cleaners they will claim they are busy. Even if they cleaned your room, they will punish you by taking your pillow or unused towel and not giving you a new one! No toiletries or bottled water were given by the cleaners and you have to ask the lobby staff for them and only if available! For three days I have no bottled water as they ran out! Dare you use the kettle if you suspect that cockroach 🪳 live in them?

The room was just terribly maintained and not properly cleaned. Not like the pictures online. We left immediately and booked another hotel.

Worse hotel i forget to see the reviews please do not consider this hotel I booked hotel and when i reached there they refused to give me the room . As they always given my room to someone and i was asking what to do now the staff just keep quiet i waste money and sleep at the reception for 5 hours. Humble request please do not go to this hotel
