Very nice hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. Suggestions: prohibit smoking on the room terraces as it affects the room itself, and install proper air conditioning.

The hotel was very good, both in terms of cleanliness and service. It's worth noting that both the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was good, perhaps a bit limited, but adequate. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing; you could hear the rooms on either side. Otherwise, it was perfect; we had no problems during our 5-day stay. We would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel in Alcalá de Henares. With a very attentive and helpful staff. We stayed for one night. We came to see the Mercado Cervantino which we loved. I recommend this hotel for either a short or long stay. The rooms are very nice and updated. Comfortable beds and everything for a very affordable price. I recommend it.

The rooms on the top floor have a large terrace that is perfect for enjoying on summer days. The location is good and the reception is open 24 hours. The pillows are a bit hard and uncomfortable, as is the noise insulation, since you can hear the rooms next door as well as the cleaning staff from very early on. One option for improvement would be to have a fridge in the room, since there is space for it in the room.

To start with, the treatment in this establishment is very, very bad, except for two women who show us our due respect. Then, the food is the same, it is also very bad and was frozen and the rooms are very small, they are dirty and you can hear absolutely everything, even when people in the other rooms talk.

Good experience in our case. We visited this hotel with a gift voucher that they had given us, so we only had one night's accommodation. They accepted the use of this voucher on an unusual day, since the hotel's availability allowed it. At all times the attention of the receptionist was quite good, both on the phone and once we arrived there. At the hotel the staff were quite friendly and cordial. It is in a good location, with very easy parking, and just fifteen minutes walk from the historic center of Alcalá de Henares. The room was clean and comfortable.
