The pool has super nice view, the room is a old style as it is 800 years old hotel. But I still love it. The only thing is not so perfect is Bcz after you check out you can’t enjoy the pool.

Wonderfully kind staff who genuinely care about the guest experience. Francesco in the bar (and restaurant) is very passionate about service and went out of his way to accommodate. The restaurant has a nice modestly pric3d wine list (great value) with views from the terrace at La Veranda that are to die for - it must be the best kept secret in Amalfi which was just fine to us! Andrea and Salvatore are wonderful managers and have built a wonderful service culture! We highly recommend this gem of a hotel for your stay in Amalfi.

Beautiful iconic hotel just a 7 min walk from the downtown area. The views from the room are spectacular, the hotel staff is wonderful and friendly. Super clean rooms. Amazing breakfast with a view included. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the amalfi coast. The history of the property is also very interesting as a prior convent. We were a little disappointed the pool doesn’t open until May 1 but still had an amazing time.

Great location and views, friendly staff. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The history of the hotel is really fascinating and the location can’t be beat. It’s just a short walk to town, the beach area and down the hill from Atrani. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of information about where to explore in the area. The dinner in the restaurant was one of our favorite meals of our trip!

The location of the hotel is greatIt is near the pier. Also very short walk to town and shopping. Amalfi is beautiful. The hotel is older . It is authentic. Lay out is a little different. The staff extremely helpful and nice. If you have small children the road to get to town may be an issue. The pool is also across the street but next to the hotel, and right on the water. .If you want super modern this is not for you. It is clean , and has a lot to offer. location , pool, and i the views from hotel are amazing.

We had a small but lovely room with a terrace overlooking the Amalfi Drive. It is not suited for people who have trouble getting in & out of the tub for a shower. The food was good & views were spectacular. If they had hand rails in the tub I would have given it 5 stars. Amalfi is beautiful.

This hotel was really beautiful. The views are spectacular!!! Mostly, I have to say the service was outstanding! The front desk staff was very nice, professional, and kind. Antonio was always smiling. And all made sure we were happy. The wait staff, Francisco went of of his way to make sure our group was taken care of!! He also made great drinks!! I only have good things to say about this hotel. And I would definitely come back!

Raffaello, the gentleman who served us, is wonderful! He went out of his way to make us feel like family. We treated ourselves to delicious wine and appetizers in one of the most beautiful settings in Amalfi. We all left both relaxed and rejuvenated, like always! This has been a must for us for over 25 years. The Luna is simply the star of the Amalfi Coast!

We had the most fantastic stay at the Hotel Luna Convento! All the staff there are warm and welcoming and super helpful when we needed transport to a dinner reservation at Glicine, phoning the Hotel Santa Caterina so they could collect us. Our room was very spacious and had an amazing view of the coastline. The private pool area is really a highlight and selling point of the hotel, you can relax i by the pool or enjoy the warm open sea via the step access… just fantastic! Can’t recommend Hotel Luna Convento enough. We had the most amazing holiday.

Awesome staff in the best location in Amalfi…!! The ocean pool area and the view from the hotel were absolutely stunning..!! The restaurant was the best view in town. Our room view was sensational with outdoor balcony.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and walking distance to the center of Amalfi. The history of the hotel is evident in its architecture and antiques. The rooms are spacious and well maintained but still give you a historic feel. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful pool area. I highly recommend Hotel Luna Convento

Just Wow! We arrived from Florence and were great by wonderful staff! The two front desk women were amazing to us. We particularly would like to recognize Agnes who gave us a tour and history lesson on this beautiful former convent. Then when we arrived in our room we were blown away by the amazing room, view and balcony! Just breath taking. Just the view is worth the cost of the room. Words can’t describe how amazing it is. A deluxe room with a balcony is well worth it! The access to the private pool across the road with easy access to the sea is also worth every penny. Giuseppe the customer service rep by the pool was amazing! This for me is the best hotel I have stayed in any beach town. Amalfi is the best place to stay if you want to experience the Amalfi coast!

Location is perfect and views are amazing. Far enough away from Amalfi town to avoid the hustle and bustle however close enough to walk to restaurants and bars with ease. Views are incredible. We had a tiny balcony but the views made up for it. Room was very basic, small and noisy. Window in our bathroom could not be closed so let in moths and mosquitos. Also appeared to be on another rooms balcony who were very loud and kept us up. Staff were very helpful, cleaning basic. We gave our keys in at 9.30am one morning and when we got back to the room at 4pm the cleaners were in there so we had to wait. Breakfast selection was good. Pool was amazing and the reason we booked the hotel. Access to the sea however only a few sun beds in the sun so get down early. Overall was a good hotel but not worth the €410 per night we paid!

I was invited here for dinner by some friends who were visiting recently, I did NOT stay in the hotel. The idea was to eat in the lovely Tower restaurant but they changed plans because Amalfi was rainy and cold that evening so they moved the dinner into the main restaurant instead. The inside restaurant was truly classic and lovely. The staff were welcoming and very kind speaking in English to our one non Italian speaker. WE all sat around a circular table near to the terrace and the staff quickly closed the glass doors to keep us warm. We all had a drink and then ordered food, we were 8 altogether. We all ordered food and when it arrived everyone was very happy!! Some had starters, all had pasta dishes and then some also had fish to follow and nobody was disappointed quite the opposite the food was EXCELLENT. The hotel was full but as the dining room is very spacious then we were almost alone in the room, lovely atmosphere service food and drink. Great experience thank you!!
