The room is quite large, but there is no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, it will be more difficult if you unfortunately have to live on the second floor. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Disneyland. If you want to go to Disneyland, you can stay in this room. The price is also cheaper than nearby accommodation.

Very close to the Anaheim fairgrounds

The sheets on the bed had blood on them and it turn out it wasn’t just my room another guest had complained about the same thing.

It was close to where I needed to be at Convention and was the cheapest place I could find. Crazy Expensive Anaheim Hotels.

Clean room but wifi didn't work most of the time. No ice machine and no laundry room. Young tall man who worked during the day acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us spend our money there.

Room had a hole in the wall in the bathroom, walls had what appeared to be blue soda stains all over them. The room had a musky smell to it. When we asked for a refund and to have accommodations changed it was denied. Will never stay here again.

Really noisy location - next to 6 lane road that seemed perpetually busy. Door lock didn’t / key didn’t open the door 2 of 3 days. It’s clean but pretty run down. The traffic noise is brutal.

Last minute two night Disney Trip. The Good Lots of free parking onsite. Easy 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney Bed was firm and comfortable Massive TV with lots of channels. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The Not So Good Front desk took 2 photocopies of my credit card. We arrived late at night and I didn’t want to fight about it so I let it go. When I asked upon check out they said it would be shredded but didn’t offer to do that while I was there, or give me back the copies. I probably should have asked a little more firmly than I did. No daily housekeeping. This wasn’t a huge deal for us as it was just two of us and we are fairly tidy but a family could find this troublesome. The Bad Wifi was essentially non existent in our room. It spun and spun. We found that we had better service in the parking lot which was closer to the front desk. If you really need it, ask for a room closer to that area. Our room was on the second floor second from the end. At times it felt like Katella was running right through our room. The street noise was crazy. At all hours. Would I stay here again? Yes, if the price is as right and I didn’t need more than 2 nights. I would just request a room closer to the “lobby”.

I don’t mind the stay because i wasn’t in the room the whole time, would i stay again? no. Pros: 1. cheap 2. parking was easy 3. some close places to eat but you have to drive to them. Cons: Super loud you can hear everything Staff is not friendly and they do charge at $130 without ur knowledge but they say it’s a deposit so just stay on top of the charge

No paperwork given. Had to call front desk for wi if code. Only one key worked. I had to give a credit card for deposit that was the only place I used that card and I ended up with fraudulent charges the day I checked out.

Overnight trip to be as close to the Disneyland Hotel as possible for a dance competition (missed the discounted DLH rooms :). This place is quite economical. If you keep in mind that you get what you pay for when you book, you won’t be displeased. The building is older; walls are thin, so you will hear traffic noise. Check in was weird- not precisely unfriendly, but not welcoming either. He took a photo of my CC, front and back, and also swiped it, which I found strange- I don’t like photos of my card with signature being out in the world given the prevalence of fraudulent use. He a atched us pull in, walked out and stared at us until I got out to come check in, then asked me if I came in a car…whole thing was just kinda strange. Anyway, overlooking that, the beds were decent (queen sized), pillows were comfy, and though the rooms were clearly older, they tried hard to appoint them well (micro, fridge, coffee maker, etc). Everything worked. Temp was fine. Shower pressure was good. I did find a black hair in our bathroom sink and some hair in the tub; otherwise everything was clean. It was an easy walk to DL Hotel. It’s sort of out of the fray- abuts a neighborhood area of houses on the backside of Disney, and is just a little quieter in general. Free parking but they make you leave at checkout. Would I stay again? Probly only for a brief stay like this, with an early departure.

Receptionist is very kind, although hotel is older, it is still clean and comfortable. Would book again in the future.

I stayed for two days. Not a lot to do unless you’re heading to Disneyland (which I was)

Beds were comfortable. Never before seen a bed made with the blanket against your skin and the sheet on top of the blanket. No maid service while we were gone all day. Upon return, tried to get fresh towels but host was unavailable for quite a while. Worst part was the host/manager knocking on our door 10 minutes before check out time to kick us out. Very rude. Would not stay here again.
