It was a pleasant stay. The receptionists were very polite and helpful and rooms were nice and clean. The location is perfect, there is free shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel or you can walk to Mont Saint Michelle which takes about 30-40 minutes.

The original hotel is under renovation and we changed to the one nearer to the Mont Michel. Great hotel location. You neee to get a QR code from the hotel before you reach the hotel. There’s a security gantry. We don’t get the notice on change of hotel nor the QR code which is a bummer. Else it’s a beautiful stay

There were many times when there was no one at reception, but since we were mostly out at Mont Saint-Michel, it wasn't a problem. There was air conditioning and it was comfortable. It was also nice that it was quiet. If I had to say one thing, it was that it was late September and the nearby supermarkets and restaurants closed early. I was hoping to see Mont Saint-Michel lit up at night (which turned out not to be the case), so I got back late and missed dinner. But the price was great.

I arrived around 7:40 PM, but the hotel door was locked and there was no staff, so I couldn't enter the hotel for a while. There was no special information or contact information, so I was wondering what to do. I asked a passerby to call the hotel's contact information, and finally found a way to enter the hotel.
