One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Impeccable service, excellent breakfast with lots of options. Large and very comfortable room. Excellent view from the room and pool. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and fruit. Hotel staff extremely friendly, kind and polite. I recommend it and will come back again.

The room faces the sea and has a beautiful view. Fine dining doesn't seem to be worth the price. The hotel service is proportional to the price and not excessive. A very thoughtful thing is that you can reserve a shower room in the spa after checking out, so you can take a shower before leaving.

The price/performance ratio is not high except that the landscape hardware facilities are too ordinary.

We’ve travelled to many 5star hotels , this was another level ! Everyone made us feel so welcome , fantastic service without being intrusive . A truly stunning hotel with truly stunning service ! The hotel also arranged a full day trip around the island , a truly magical day.

From the moment we arrived to a welcoming drink, to wine + macaroons waiting in our suite up to the box of sweets we were presented with on our departure, our 7 night stay was wonderful. Our holiday was to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of prosecco + gorgeous fruit platter in our suite on our anniversary day - amazing! Each + every member of staff, no matter what their role was went above + beyond their duty to make our stay memorable, nothing was too much trouble. Our favourite restaurant was Osteria near the pool, in the open air, with live music every evening. Breakfast in the Gaia restaurant was amazing + catered for all tastes. Special mention to Peggy whose welcome, cheerfulness and character was infectious. Our suite had wonderful views of the pool + sea, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We must admit we had a tear in our eyes when we had to come home but we would love to return soon. Steve + wendy

Just arrived back from a weeks holiday, the resort is beautiful, we had a suite with a pool, the view from the bed each morning was stunning, the food was excellent, all the staff were excellent and constantly polite, happy and professional nothing was to much trouble, however one staff member stood out above everyone else and that was Peggy, if you have stayed at Lesante Blu you will know this delightful lady, she was so kind, friendly and completely charming she went above and beyond with everyone she is an asset to the hotel and should be front of house instead of waiting tables in my opinion. My only criticism of this hotel is the mark up on drinks we had a bottle of wine costing €89 however when checking on line as a single bottle came be bought for €24 this leaves a bitter taste along with the charges for the room mini bar.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, we had a room with a private pool and had booked for breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast was buffet style, the hot food was tepid plates were cold there was a good choice of sweet dishes ie cake and puddings. The bread did not appear to be fresh and not very nice even toasted. The evening meals were reptative, bread soup salad and fruit , the main course was quite hit and miss, the chef put thier own twist which did not work great. One desert was a real tooth breaker literally!! Bottled water is at the table when you sit down but they don't tell you it will cost you 6 euro a bottle. Would not recommend booking for the evening meal not worth the money and there are some great restaurants within working distance with authentic freshly cooked food. We used them after the first few days even though we had paid for the meals couldn't face eating there. Did raise concerns about breakfast on the first day but the restaurant manager just laughed. Did give some honest feedback on the last day at the hotel about the food and issues in the room which for a querry 5 star hotel were disappointing. We were given a free meal in the hotels other restaurant which was very nice but would have cost around 200 euros each and served breakfast in our room which was outstanding and even included back bacon not the smoked under cooked streaky bacon on offer in the restaurant. This was meant to be a special holiday and I spent more thinking it would be a luxury holiday, unfortunately this was not the case. Would not recommend spending money on upgrading your room or pre paying for your evening meal.

Some aspects of the hotel were great but frustratingly it was let down by a number of little things which when you added them up became tiresome over the course of the holiday. Good points, rooms were nice and the beds were so comfortable. Cleanliness was good although a little hit and miss sometimes. Excellent food although a two hour multi course menu every night became very wearing over the week. A buffet option would have been a better option, this was what I expected. Any extras such in the mini bar were very expensive for what they were. Frustratingly some things were not as advertised i.e. the indoor pool is partially outdoor and is not heated as expected. The spa had the feel of an underground car park and was full of workmen when we visited. Limited number of sunbeds meant there was sometimes a queue to get one. Lack of clear signage made it difficult to find your way around the hotel and grounds. Staff were friendly ( and there are a lot of them) if not a little over attentive, as other have mentioned it would have been nice to be left alone sometimes without someone asking if we needed anything every 15 mins. On the whole the stay was okay but seemed over priced and not quite what I expected from a luxury hotel.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! My partner and I have had the best time. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, supportive and attentive (including breakfast/beach front/cleaning/ restaurant staff etc) and the hotel itself is spectacular! The infinity pool is stunning and it's wonderful to have access to paddle boards etc in the sea. Special thanks to Peggy at breakfast and all other breakfast staff who make it so special, and to Victor for his kind welcome to the hotel, and to the excellent housekeeping staff. 100% would recommend and we hope to return soon!

Very classy hotel with beautiful pool area and excellent food throughout all three restaurants. Very good cocktails and extensive (but expensive) wine list. The fine dining experience was wonderful and am so glad we did it as you get to taste the best food the hotel has to offer, whilst enjoying the sunset from your table set on a platform by the infinity pool overlooking the sea. Perfect. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Joanna who greets you every morning at breakfast, the ever happy and smiling Peggy, and all of the other waiters and waitresses in the restaurants and around the pool are always asking if everything is okay and whether you’ve had a good day. The room was quiet and spacious with a small pool. Unlimited fresh drinking water was provided each day and also fresh towels twice a day if required. So overall nothing negative to say and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zante

A wonderful time in a nice atmosphere, beautiful hotel, infinity pool with a beautiful view of the sea.Beautiful rooms with a sea view, clean, cleaned every day, thanks to Mrs. KRISTINA. The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and smiling. Varied food, different cuisine every day. We are already planning to come again next year. Nearby there is a small town with numerous restaurants, bars, souvenirs and shops. It is worth renting a car because it is a perfect starting point to explore the entire island

We were very nicely welcomed at the hotel with a nice drink and ice cream. The room was nice and spacious, with a separate toilet, bathtub, shower and a spacious terrace. A double sink would have been welcome. The rooms were meticulously maintained (thanks Kristina) with another cleanup in the evening and clean towels. There are 3 restaurants, one for breakfast and dinner, a second by the pool for lunch and dinner and a third with beautiful sea view for lunch. Breakfast starts from 7h30 and has a large selection. Still, much of the buffet consists of sweets, which, for a breakfast, was not really our thing. You can mix your own bloods mary, though. Dining in the standard restaurant costs 50€ p.p. excluding the exorbitantly expensive wines. Service is prompt, too prompt, because after an hour you have had 5 courses, which is too quick. In the restaurant by the pool, especially in the evening, it is lovely to sit. Private dining (tables of 2 on a platform) is also possible. The food there is good, but again the high prices for wine (in fact all drinks there are very expensive). The pool is beautiful (infinity) with very good sun beds. The water is not heated, so quite cold in May. The pool service is also excellent. The staff is mostly very friendly and does everything they can to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. Still, the difference between a 5* hotel and a 5* hotel (leading hotels of the world...) is in the details. The staff is trained to convince you to take expensive wines with your food. Ok, finally I decide which wine I take but I don't want to see from the facial expression of the lady or gentleman in question that they don't like my choice. As mentioned, the pool service is excellent, but there is no pool management. So, again, people laid towels at 8h in the morning only to show up at 12h. It is a big problem in many hotels but in a hotel of this level this is not acceptable. People leaving leave their towels, but these stayed for hours on the sun beds, so others then again did not know if these sun beds were free or not. The day of departure we were offered an early breakfast at 7h00 (breakfast normally starts at 7h30). Upon entering the breakfast room, we were told that breakfast was still closed. After we told that we were offered breakfast at 7h, the lady in question went to the reception desk with an angry face. She came back, still a bit angry and told us that we could take from the buffet (which by golly was all ready, what's the problem ?) There was no coffee though she said (15 min before opening ???), she could only offer us some Nescafé (which, by the way, was undrinkable). So, in summary, it is a very good hotel, but for a perfect score there are still things they need to do better.
