The location of the hotel is on the side of the highway, not far from the airport. The overall equipment can only be said to be improvised, which is equivalent to a domestic economical and practical hotel. In the rainy place 🈚️Shower room, the shower is too bad to adjust the size, after the water is turned on, the water will directly squash your skin! And there is only one shower curtain, which doesn't work at all, and there is water all over the bathroom after taking a shower! The air conditioner is not good and the noise is loud

If I could give negative stars I would. No a/c in the lobby and halls. It was over 90 degrees. Unsafe and uncalled for. It was so hot, the fridge wouldn’t keep drinks cold. Other guests mentioned it had been out a while. I wish they would have let me know bc I had several places I could have booked.

We stayed here as part of Travelsphere tour party from the UK for one night after our flight from London. Convenient for the airport. Staff were very nice and helpful. Problem for us was the noise from the interstate and trains sounding their whistles throughout the night. If you’re used to city traffic noise then I guess this wouldn’t be a problem. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice gesture - one that didn’t feature in any of the other hotels we stayed in on the tour.

Expensive, the shade was broken, the paint was chipped, colors are bright, music is loud. The bed was super low to the ground and their menu was extremely limited. They charged a $75 pet fee, which was not disclosed "in plain English" on the website. The best part was the indirect lighting in the rooms and the loud climate control.

this is a great hotel, I really enjoyed my stay here, I came here to organize a conference for my team on the west side of the US and we were able to all meet and the staff was super accommodating and they were fantastic. I really appreciated how clean it was. will stay here again.

So... Didn't really plan this stay, our airline had an issue with getting us to our destination so they provided us with a night at this hotel eventually. Pretty decent hotel. Love their color schemes, and everything in hotel was like new. Nice lobby area, small indoor pool, though we did not use that as we didn't even have our luggage which had been sent on to another city lol, i digress though. The hotels staff were very nice here at check in, and really there were no complaints on room, bed was comfortable, room was super clean and had nice design overall, definitely would stay again. Only issue was the mattress was smaller than bedfram and if you don't realize this can bang your leg or foot on it.

Comfy room, great bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. Only issue: you have to request and receive ice for your room from the front desk. Enjoyed the view of the mountain range out our window; TV was great.
Response from Property: Thank you for choosing to stay at the Aloft Denver Airport recently and for sharing this review. We appreciate your business and are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the overall Aloft experience. I am sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered due to the ice situation at the hotel. I have traveled extensively to hundreds of hotels in cities all over the world in the past 40 years. The employees who worked at the front desk for the two days I spent at this hotel were the rudest, laziest, most indifferent of any I have encountered in my life. The only effort they make is to make sure you know how much they do NOT care about you or your experience at this hotel.
Response from Property: Dear Coloradowl, Thank you for choosing to stay at the Aloft Denver Airport recently and for sharing this feedback. As General Manager, I am very disappointed to hear about the service (lack thereof) that you received while staying with us at the Aloft. We are working very hard to learn from our shortcomings to ensure every guest enjoys the Aloft experience. I understand this response and apology do not replace what happened however I am hopeful that you will give the Aloft Denver Airport at Gateway Park another chance to show you the experience you deserve. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us. Thank you for being our guests, Dan Williams General Manager

Checked in at 5:30 pm after a flight from the east coast. Young girl checked us in. I asked if their was a refrigerator or an ice machine. She said no but could get me ice.Stepped away and got me a big freezer bag of ice, which was very nice of her. But then we got upstairs and the room has BOTH a refrigerator and ice bucket.so, not too knowledgeable. No frills room but comfortable and quiet and clean so no complaints. Thought there was a $12 charge for parking but we weren’t asked if we had a car and were never charged so not sure of the policy.
Response from Property: Thank you for choosing to stay at the Aloft Denver Airport and for sharing this feedback. It is with feedback such as yours that we learn from our shortcomings and celebrate our successes. I want to apologize for inconvenience you may have enountered during your stay. It is clear that we have to ensure our entire Front Desk team is trained properly and understands what amenities are in our guest rooms. We will work on this right away. We appreciate this feedback and your choice in hotel accommodations while in the Denver area. We hope to see you again soon! Thank you for being our guests, Dan Williams General Manager

First the tvs do not have access to streaming services. Next the hot water doesnt get hot. Its warm at best. Thrid there's no microwave wave in room makes it very hard to eat on a longer stay. Fourth there is no breakfast. I was told there was before i booked and when i arrived the was a egg mcmuffin i could purchase for 8 dollars. The staff was rude when i aksed about it. 5th the wifi barely works. I had to use my own hotspot to get my work done. Lastly the parking situation is ridiculous as you have to most likely park behind the hotel and walk all the way around it to get in. There's no pool i can find no spa i can find. The rooms only have showers so no relaxing bath for you. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. We are paying 200 plus for these rooms they can at least provide the minimum expected like breakfast.
Response from Property: Thank you for choosing to stay at the Aloft Denver Airport recently and for sharing this feedback. As General Manager, I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with the Aloft experience. In terms of your feedback, I will be looking into our internet service to see if the 5th floor may have some issues that we are not aware of. We will also be looking into our TV system as all of our guest rooms have the ability to access streaming services so I am not sure if there is an issue with this. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed that our rooms do not have microwaves although we do have one available in our lobby for guest use. The Aloft offers breakfast 7 days a week for sale in our hotel lobby. This breakfast includes breakfast sandwiches, wraps, cinnamon rolls, cold brew coffee, etc. I apologize for the service you received when you inquired about this. I would also like to apologize for the issues you had with our parking. Our swimming pool is across the courtyard from the hotel lobby and is available to our guests 7 days a week from 6AM-10PM. Sorry you could not locate it to have a chance to use it. We hope, should your travels bring you back to the Denver area, that you will give us another chance to host you. I truly believe we will correct the issues you bring to our attention in the review and become better for it. Thank you for being our guests, Dan Williams General Manager

Needing a place near DIA for an early flight, we spent a night at the Aloft and left mostly satisfied. Read on for details. What's nice: easy check-in, spacious clean rooms and the airport shuttle. Did not use the WiFi or the TV. The bathroom and shower were stylish. The self-service room coffee maker was nicely set up. What was wrong: NO USB PORTS. Not at the desk, not by the bedside. For a hotel like the Aloft that has tried to position itself as hip and trendy, this is both a fail and inconvenience, one that can be easily remedied.
Response from Property: Thank you for choosing to stay at the Aloft Denver Airport recently. We appreciate your business and this valuable feedback. As part of our journey in seeking to improve the guest experience, your comments on the USB ports (lack thereof) have been heard and we are looking into a solution to this issue immediately. Thank you for sharing this feedback and for being our guests. We hope to see you again soon. Dan Williams General Manager

Relatively close to the airport with a shuttle service every half hour. Nice yuppy type ambiance. Well decorated and well appointed rooms. Lots of dining options nearby. No free munchies at the bar. The small coffee machine and iron are nice accessories.
Response from Property: Thank you for sharing this review and for choosing to stay at the Aloft Denver Airport. The feedback you provided is well appreciated and we will definitely get those bar snacks going ASAP. Should your travels bring you back to the Denver area, it is our hope that you will stay with us aain. Thank you for being our guests, Dan Williams General Manager

I stay at Gateway Park hotels 5-10 times each month, and the Aloft is BY FAR my favorite. Their front desk staff are at the top of the list. Diana and Lori always give incredible customer service, though I’ve NEVER had a bad experience.

These ppl just don’t have a clue. The music is very loud in the lounge. The check-in process too incredibly long, only for them to send me to a room that wasn’t cleaned. When I came back it took another 15 minutes to find a room. It was like the person at the front desk couldn’t identify their room inventory. And they kept walking to the back office like that would help them. I just don’t understand how they could be so incompetent. They ended up sending me to a different hotel, but their directions were wrong so I went to two different hotels. I travel a lot and I’ve never had an experience so jaded by general incompetence.
