The hotel is comfortable Located in the center of yellowan city, not noisy and also clean. The food is standard of a 3-star hotel but there are quite a lot of menus. There is a swimming pool so you can take our children to swim so this hotel is convenient to stop by.

First traveler to the yellow area. After getting a accommodation at the yellow wooden house. The original is very delicious, recommended, the staff and the owner are all friendly. The place is bersih.bener2 good to stay there. Next time if I go to yellowan, I want to stay there again. Especially the scenery is really good, the air is cool, and the private villa is perfect. My turtle, my kids and my husband are happy to stay here. thanks yah

I visit this hotel with my friends in 29th-31st October. The hotel has a very strategic location at the center of the town so getting anywhere was pretty easy. For a Budget Hotel it's a decent one. Check in and check out was easy and fast. We arrived earlier so we decided to spend some time smoking outside while waiting for our rooms. There's a security personel that greeted us and offered to arrange some table and seats for us, I personally thought that it's a very nice gesture from the staff. He was also the one that helped us carried our luggage to our rooms. The hotel was practicing covid protocol so anyone without face mask was not allowed to go in. Hand sanitizer was provided at the receptionist and at elevator entrance. Water for drinks was provided in each room, and the room was clean. The Wifi connection was good+fast and available throughout the hotel area. There's a water dispenser cold/hot in each floor near the elevator. Bathroom was also clean, towel, toothbrush, and haircap was also available. But there's several things needed to be improved such as the towel was stained I think the hotel needed to replace them, and the drinking glass was dusty so we didn't use it, instead better to drink straight from the water bottle. The bathroom in our rooms didn't have any exhaust, we were wondering why. We also stayed in smoking room, so without at least a bathroom exhaust and without any windows that can be opened its a bad idea to have a smoking rooms. In these covid times the hotel probably had less staff to operate at their best, but there was one staff here that caught our attention, it was that earlier security personel Tri Mulyono. He greeted the guest, helped carrying their luggage to the room, helped finding car lot, even act as a valet, and we remembered he was the one arranging table and chair for us earlier in front of the lobby. He was the most busy staff we seen in this hotel. And although he was so busy at that time, he still served the guests with a big smile and very friendly. We asked several things and direction to him and were given a good suggestions to where we can find our needs. The hotel was lucky to have him. Breakfast taste was average, sometimes the food ran out before they finished preparing the new one, and the dessert usually already gone when we came down for breakfast. There was a time when the spoon and plates were all gone and causes the guests to wait. And there's this strange nasi goreng which they didn't put it along with the other menu. The nasi goreng was being handled by a staff behind a table with a high partition making it impossible to be seen by the guests, I can't even see if there was a stove+pan+someone was cooking something behind that table partition. Many other guests that had just found out about it from other guest immediately ordered it. The lack of staff was also felt when the guest leave their table, no one immediately clean it, no one spray any disinfectant for the tables. T

Clean room, ok service. Room servive is also acceptable, the taste of the dishes is good tongue, enough portion. The only drawback is that some lights are off & may not be noticed. The door of the cabinet is also a bit broken, but it can still be used. there is a mini refrigerator,but there is no electric kettle...i can't drink at night...😑 the rest is satisfied anyway,at an economical price

The hospitality here is always make me wonder each time visiting. Hopefully you could feel the same amazing experience while visit here. The team are so helpfull and the food.. it never fail to Amaze me.. can't wait next trip to Cirebon and specially this great Hotel.. Metland Hotel Cirebon

Everytime I stay here it’s just getting better and better. Many rooms have been refurbished into modern furnitures. With friends we stayed at VIP lodge with 2 bedrooms and living room, to the main door facing right to the private hot spring pool. And to the west is gorgeous Ciremai Mountain (3075 m) stands still, the highest volcano mountain in West Java. This hotel spa and resorts is huge and has so many attraction/facilities within the compound. From paddy field, jogging track, pets, fishing pond, soccer field, 3 swimming pools and many more. When staying you must indulge yourself with this hot spring and spa with professional method. The price is also very friendly. The only note to be improved of this hotel is less variety of menu. And taste is still standard.

Perfect West Java countryside themed resort Location: 10/10 2.5 hours from Bandung via trans Java toll road, and very close to only 7 minutes from the toll exit gate, on a major road crossing, can be passed by a regular sedan car. Price 8/10 Value For Money, Room recommendation: Panembahan Agung or Panembahan whose rooms are equipped with a soaking pool. Food: 9/10 Breakfast is very tasty with regional specialties, drinks and fried cakes typical of the countryside (surabi, jamblang rice, fried rice and godhok noodles freshly made) Staff: Friendly Staff 9/10 Atmosphere : in accordance with the theme of 10/10 rural, there is a village office stall, KUD Deficiency - The resort landscape is difficult if bringing parents, can be selected rooms near the lobby and less stairs in the RT 3 area Kulah (soaking pool) it would be more interesting if I had hot water and cold water. Conveniently located in considerably Cirebon most crowded mall - Cirebon Super Block Mall Great if you are traveling with children as mall is adjacent to the hotel, there are plenty of food selections and kids playing area Parking is one of their weak points, as mall are mostly over crowded. We were not able to enter the location, and need to call hotel team to talk to security from the mall to allow us to enter, hotel team is helpful which solved our frustration. Gym equipment are adequate, however there are 3 broken treadmills that need to be fixed. And air conditioning is not working creating the feeling of working out in cheap gym. Room is a bit dark at night, there is working lamp to support a bit of work with laptop. Cleanliness can be improved, we have noticed dusk at the corner of the room. Overall, hotel location is a positive point, with poor parking because of mall operation and impolite mall security, room is acceptable with cleanliness to be improved. Service is good with room for improvement.
