The room layout is reasonable, and the facilities are complete. The office area has comfortable lighting, the network is stable and smooth, and the bedding is supportive, soft, and comfortable, relieving the fatigue of business trips. The bathroom is clean and tidy with a separate wet and dry area, and there is an ample supply of hot water. The front desk service is professional and efficient, and they also provide thoughtful services such as printing and wake-up calls. The lobby environment is clean, bright, and pleasant.

Atour Hotels has always been our family's first choice for domestic travel. The Baoding Wanbo Plaza branch is newly opened and continues Atour's tradition of excellent location. First, the location is superb, right in the city center, with Wanbo Plaza and Maoye Department Store within walking distance. The underground parking lot has ample spaces, and the parking is conveniently located, with free parking being a definite plus. The breakfast selection is extensive, and most importantly, the food tastes great; you can tell they've put effort into preparing it. The fruit is also fresh, which the kids loved. The family room is definitely the best choice for family travel. It's spacious, with ideal room size, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were all very welcoming and professional; I must commend them again for their service. I'll definitely stay at Atour again next time.

We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

Very satisfied, very clean, the TV in the house is very interesting to install, I also want to make this at home. The front desk lady is very good, but also put band-aid, earplugs and other daily necessities, just broke the mouth, used the heating is very sufficient, it is a bit hot, I opened the door, aunt said to turn on the air conditioner haha

The front desk service attitude is very good. After the check-in, the staff will take the initiative to lead the way. The room is clean and odorless. The parking lot is quite large. It comes on weekdays. The parking space is particularly rich. There is a small shopping mall a few hundred meters away. It takes ten minutes to drive. There is a halal beef cover cake. When I left, my pajamas fell in the hotel, and the service staff also helped to mail them back.

I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel. Both the facilities and services are top-notch. The rooms are stylishly decorated, the location is very convenient with complete amenities nearby, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the service is excellent. I truly believe this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel.

This stay was a fantastic surprise! The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly—I felt relaxed the moment I lay down. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was really quiet at night. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively helped me upgrade my room and even gave me welcome fruit. Luggage storage was also very convenient. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this place again!

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

The hotel environment is nice; the lobby is on the 23rd floor above the banquet hall in Baoding. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of Chinese and Western options. There's a large parking lot with free parking for guests. However, what bothered me most was that we received a call from the hotel front desk while driving on the highway, asking if we had taken the hotel's shoe brush. We were completely confused; we didn't even know what a shoe brush looked like or where it was, and we hadn't seen it in our room. We often stay in high-end hotels when we travel, and we try to avoid using hotel amenities, including towels, bath towels, and slippers, as we're concerned about proper disinfection. Furthermore, one pair of disposable slippers was unused and left untouched. We certainly wouldn't have taken the shoe brush, given that everyone uses it. The hotel front desk calling us felt like an insult. We hope the hotel management will thoroughly investigate this matter. The hotel itself is nice, but it left a very bad impression on us.

There are coffee lemonade snacks in the hotel lobby, you can choose, there are newspaper books to see, the environment is good, the front desk service is warm and active, the big bed is very comfortable, although it is facing the street but not noisy at all, good value for money hotel, come back to Baoding to live here!
