The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. Perfect for family and friends trips! I stayed here by chance during my trip to Baoding. I was very impressed. If you're looking for a centrally located, conveniently situated, budget-friendly, and hassle-free hotel, Kailian Winnir is definitely the top choice in Baoding. Their warm service and convenient facilities perfectly ensured the quality of our trip. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Baoding! The service is super good. There are many kinds of snacks and thoughtful little things at the front desk, such as disposable toilet mats, dental floss, glasses cloths, earplugs, laundry detergent, wet wipes, warm baby rubber bands. They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. Every time I go out and come back, I drink a cup of sour plum soup with ice. It's so refreshing. My dad is also very satisfied with this hotel.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

I recently stayed at Modern Crystal Hotel and it was an exceptional experience. This Hanting has been renovated, very new and clean, convenient to eat around, very close to the train station, has its own parking lot, the waiters are very warm, the breakfast is clean and varied, the lobby has fresh coffee, breakfast is also available, very good, the room bath water is very flush, very good

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!

Facilities: full details! Audio and audio equipment with anti-peep screen, don't worry about leakage, the sound quality is delicate, even the background music can be heard clearly. Hygienic: clean and very good. Environment: It is very close to the department store and the Governor's Office, and there is a snack street there, perfect to visit.
