Even though our time was limited, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I expected to see a fancy hotel that was really clean and it did not appear to be a nice area. I always that Hampton was a top of the line hotel but it’s kinda similar to super 8

Everything was fine except the air conditioner in the room was so noisy couldn't hardly sleep

Upgrade the breakfast but the hotel was great

This property is older and not well maintained. Minimally cleaned. Staff is less than helpful. Coffee pot in morning found empty and hard to find staff to assist. Cold breakfast. Desk clerk indicated they had no items normally kept for guests like toothbrush. Never was acknowledged to be Honor Member. Only use this option in small town because there are few options for lodging here.

Was very impressed with the Hampton Inn they only issue I found was they came out and the pool opens at 9 AM to 9 PM and straight up 9 PM. They kicked us out. But next morning we called that gate was locked our grandchildren got up early to go back down and go swimming it opens at 9 AM. They didn’t get into the pool. They didn’t unlock the gate until 1030 so they only got to swim for 30 minutes. other than that we had a very nice stay very clean. We enjoyed our stay. That’s the only problem I had was the swimming pool.

Hotel building was nice The bathroom door was broken, found out after being trapped inside bathroom. Waited for someone to rescue out the bathroom. The barn door got struck. They never accommodated our family to another or given us anything. The air conditioner broken air stay on all night and lastly the hotel personnel (dark blonde hair) was not nice, friendly and had no southern hospitality.

Went in room turned around and turned in keys did not stay VERY dirty, smelled like smoke and asked for a non smoking room Lines on bed dirty unexpectedly

The room was hot! The air conditioner Is set to auto fan. Had the thermostat set to 60, but still hot. The only part of the hotel that was cool was the breakfast area. Breakfast was not great, however, the lady kept it clean. Other than the heat, it was decent

The staff was really nice, the room was clean except there was sticky stuff on the desk, bathroom sink, and the shower drain was really slow.

This hotel is just ok. It’s good for a night passing through. We did have some issues with cleanliness and our room was missing sheets for the pull out bed and we didn’t have any pillow cases on the king bed.

Nice facility, clean room, very good variety for breakfast, fast check in & out. Convenient location & right next door to Cracker Barrel.

I knew when my check in was awesome the hotel would be. A great stay starts with great customer service. Didn’t get her name but she was very sweet!! I have to return next week and I’m definitely be staying at Hampton in Brookhaven!

Breakfast was not so good. Otherwise clean room, good stay.
