The staff, especially at the front desk, is extremely polite and helpful. The building is new and clean. However, there is no coffee machine nor kettle, even microwave in the room, making it very inconvenient to stay in.

Not fancy — but very modern and clean feeling! Yes it’s minimalistic, but I’ll take a clean motel over an old dingy hotel any day. This place felt recently built and the beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants (both local and chain/Starbs/fast food) in walking distance. 20 minute drive from beaches in Malibu as well as many parks. Just about 45 mins - 1 hour from LA. Only complaint is that if they put you on a street-side room, traffic is quite loud at night. Other than that, we loved it and will definitely stay again when visiting Malibu!

U can’t beat that price for the location. Good room for price and clean enough. Even have free coffee in the lobby and plenty of free parking right outside the rooms.

It was bad experience the room wasn't ready until the night no soap body wash and kleenex and the room was to small and bathroom wasn't to clean

It’s a decent place. It has Laundry services too. Bedsheets is clean , heater is not too noisy. All over its good experience.

Great little place. Comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Lots of available parking for guests. Don’t hesitate booking you won’t be disappointed. Toiletries and free WiFi are also provided for. And last but not least this place is definitely well priced if not a bit less for what it offers and when compared to other of similar caliber. Great place! Happy with my stay 👍👍👍

We live in the area, but needed to be out of our home for one night. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.
