The room was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were also excellent. It has a private beach right on its doorstep, and the service was exceptional. The only minor drawback is that it's located in a hotel zone, making trips to the supermarket a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Generally very good. There is a petrol station with a convenient store and a McDonalds at walking distance.

Super location that facing the Caribbean Sea 🌊 Good hotel service if you have Marriott membership! They have welcomed drinks (alcohol and coffee and etc) we had tried most of the restaurants inside the hotel, one of the restaurant named Gustino ( Italian restaurant) we ordered their famous steak (FILETTO DI MANZO E RISOTTO DI PORCINI ) and BAVETTE AI FRUTTI DI MARE ( seafood paste that recommended by restaurant) the steak 🥩 was really excellent, BUT the seafood pasta was overcooked and we doubted the freshness of the seafood. We did feedback to the waiter, he just said ops.. sorry. Ok fine! In the mid night, my husband started running to toilet! He had diarrhea 3 times before we checked out the hotel next day morning as we need to catch the flight to New York. I did feedback to the front desk lady, she provided us bottles of mineral water. He had medicine again after light breakfast. Ohh God! He started to diarrhea non stop when reaching New York! We forced to cancel our day trip at New York City as he seriously unwell! He stayed in the hotel room for two days! Omg! It burned our trip at New York City! Really disappointed the quality control of the foods in the well known 5 STARS hotel! I think he sick of pasta seafood now especially with shell!

• Staffs are friendly, polite & helpful. I like the quiet and avoid the crowds of tourists from the all-inclusive hotels. Best choice for couples.  • Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices.  • The beach is clean & beautiful.

It was absolutely superb. Everything was spotless, the food was delicious, and I honestly wished I could have just lived there forever!

We booked a four-night stay at the JW hotel for our Mexico vacation. The facilities were quite new, and while the location was a little out of the way, we found the service to be good upon arrival. The swimming pool was also quite spacious. Overall, it was a decent stay. However, a significant drawback was the excessive amount of seaweed on the beach directly outside the hotel, which made it less than ideal for anyone who enjoys ocean swimming. Furthermore, when making our reservation, we specifically requested a quieter room away from the elevators, but the hotel immediately replied that they couldn't accommodate this. Later, when I inquired about a paid airport transfer service through their online customer service, I received no response whatsoever. This level of unresponsiveness is certainly not what one would expect from a supposed five-star hotel!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my recent stay at the JW Marriott Cancun. We booked a Deluxe King Room with a sea view. The balcony offered a side view of the ocean rather than directly facing it, which was a minor disappointment. The room was spotless and odor-free. The hotel's ambiance was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was also large, and the infinity pool beautifully blended with the ocean. For breakfast, we ordered à la carte each day, enjoying a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. For dinner, we dined at a Mexican restaurant across the street. There was quite a bit of seaweed on the hotel beach; it would be perfect if they could have it regularly cleared.

Excellent, and great value for money. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, featuring a large bathtub and a balcony with stunning views of the Caribbean and the lagoon. The food is delicious. The staff is very professional, always attentive to every detail, and incredibly friendly. The facilities are immaculate. Highly recommended.

Overall, the hotel was quite good. However, there were a couple of minor issues with the facilities. In the twin room, there was surprisingly only one power outlet by the bed, meaning if two people wanted to charge their phones simultaneously, one device had to be unplugged. Also, the balcony curtain was torn and couldn't close completely. Aside from these points, everything else was great. The hotel restaurant was delicious, even better than any of the seafood restaurants we tried outside.

We are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible. 1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldn’t change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation. 2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a “cleaning required” sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since we’ve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true. 3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs.

This hotel is very awesome

I didn't leave the resort during my 3-day stay, and the resort had everything I needed. The food at the restaurants was good, and the room service food for the most part was good.
