Overnight stay for layover The room was fairly clean and the staff was kind.

I was not expectng this hotel to be soo good i thought i might be disappointed on my entire sty but i was amazed the staffs are so kind and helpful even the guard. The room is quite good and spacious but they dont have floor towel so my bathroom floor keeps on wetting. The aircon is very cold as per my friend the aircon is not for human its for meat. hahaha the wifi is so good and i like them they have water dispenser where you can refill your water bottles. I'm surely be back here.

What I like about this hotel: 1. It is in IT Park and near shops, restaurants and transportation hub. 2. Clean, spacious rooms 3. Clean and comfy bed 4. Complimentary bottles of water 5. Nice balcony for fresh air 6. Efficient staff 7. Wide closet space 8. Hot and cold water 9. Good lighting in the room 10. Strong wifi What I don't like 1. The lobby is so basic, not attractive. 2. The front of the building needs to be landscaped, with plants etc.

This was a last minute booking since my flight was cancelled due to bad weather. The hotel is just beside IT Park and you can walk to IT park 3-5 minutes. The room is ample enough and has hot shower, Wi-Fi works and hotel staff are very accommodating and let me Check-in much earlier since the room is available

The biggest advantage of Albauno Hotel's location is a 3-minute walk from IT Park Ayala Central Block. Good value for money. Cons - No refrigerator in the room. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The window air conditioner was loud and noisy. Weekly construction noise due to building construction in front of the hotel. The room on the other side had less construction noise.

good point It's in a secluded area so it's very quiet. (If you stay in IT Park, depending on the location, you may be concerned about noise such as music from restaurants.) The hotel staff are very kind. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. Bad points There is no electric kettle, refrigerator, or hair dryer in the room. If needed, you must rent one at the reception for an additional fee. Considering the rental cost, it may be cheaper to choose a hotel that has these as standard. There were insects such as ants, flies, and cockroaches in the room, so insecticide was necessary. The area around the hotel is not well-maintained with sewage systems, and sometimes the sewage overflows and creates a terrible smell. Sometimes vagrants sleep on the road in front of the hotel, and although it doesn't feel dangerous, they do scatter trash and feces, so you need to be careful not to step on them.

The rooms are compact and clean. The staff was kind and friendly so I was able to stay for a long time.
