The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were family-friendly, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Mactan airport. Right next to the hotel is the My Bus terminal, which is very convenient for travelers catching an early bus the next morning. The breakfast selection is not very extensive, and the taste is average. There is a 7-11 and an ATM right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.

I stayed at The Pad Co-Living in Cebu, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The place is clean, modern, and well-maintained—perfect for someone who wants comfort without the noise and hassle of typical city accommodations. What I really appreciated was how peaceful the environment felt. Even though it’s in a convenient location, the space still gives you the privacy and calm you need after a long day. The rooms are simple but thoughtfully designed, and the common areas are neat, organized, and feel safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. They made sure I got the room that I requested for which was amazing. The location is very convenient as it's near the mall. However, the AC in my room had a malfunction and was leaking. The maintenance was prompt but I guess they need to check their appliances often. Overall, my stay was great. Might consider staying again when I visit Cebu next time.

The service is good though it could be improved. We asked to borrow a flat iron but it was never delivered into the room. Amenities are okay. Just don’t expect too much.

Very nice and cozy, very clean, my hot and cold water and clean cr, may free soap and shampoo , aircon is gumagana, tv my channel for kids para hindi ma bored, may malapit na 7/11, macdo, jollibee, malapit lng din simbahan, all in all perfect

Incredible hotel with top-tier service. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Loved the direct access to all the restaurants and amenities at Nustar. The Best breakfast buffet!
