Had an amazing time inside every foot of the property. Was taken very good care off by the room service, porter and the front office desk staff too especially Mr Ankit Trivedi who even went out of the way to provide us with the printouts for our Ayodhya Dham Mandir visit pass. May God always keep him blessed. Excellent property 👌

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saraca. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall ambiance of the property was relaxing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the convenient location, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again!

There are a few finer things missing in the interiors of the room or toilets. Nothing elaborate is required : just practical amenities - now relevant. Hooks / pegs in toilet, shelf to put personal toilet accessories. Or useful table space in the room is missing.

Rahul singh was very helpful when we suddenly had a flat tyre - and even cleaned our car for us. Overall the property is great - helpful staff and beauriufl rooms. Only thing is breakfast needs to remain hot for rhe whole period they are servi g and the staff needs to remember the order plaxed otherwise a great stay. Will come Again.
