Golden Tulip Lucknow

One of the worst service i ever had in a 4 star hotel. Anything asked from the room was fulfilled in more than half an hour. Not giving proper amount of drinking water in the room. For any service they need 2-3 reminders. I was in the club premium room. They dont even have iron in the room and we need to ask again again for iron. We also havnt got towel in the room next day. Lack of staff and professional skills. Toilet postion was also not proper in the bathroom and all the dirty water comes in the room.

If there was an option for 0 stars, Golden Tulip would deserve it. I travel across India every month, and I have never experienced such pathetic, careless and unprofessional behaviour from hotel staff. 1️⃣ Room Left Dirty – Staff Didn’t Even Care I came back in the evening to find my room NOT cleaned at all. The excuse: “Humse reh gaya.” Seriously? This is not a roadside lodge — it’s supposed to be a “Golden Tulip”. 2️⃣ Breakfast REFUSED Even After Being Paid For I had an early morning flight and requested a very basic breakfast: Bread, butter, tea. Nothing fancy. But Mr. Abhay at the front desk simply refused. Paid breakfast, yet denied. This is pure disrespect and greed. 3️⃣ Restaurant Staff – Rude & Arrogant Mukul Thakur from the restaurant showed zero courtesy. No willingness to help, no basic hospitality. His attitude was literally: “Take it or leave it.” 4️⃣ A Hotel Run on Arrogance & Excuses Every interaction felt like the staff was doing me a favour just by responding. Their behaviour is unacceptable for any hotel — forget a so-called “premium” one. Golden Tulip should feel ashamed. This hotel is drowning because of staff like Abhay and Mukul Thakur who do not understand hospitality, manners or service. If you value your peace, money and dignity — DO NOT stay here. Worst experience ever.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

The cleanliness & service is very poor. AC's for many rooms are not good. And in the rooms where AC's are working properly during the day but at night they do something with the AC's and the rooms get really hot and again in the morning back to normal. The hotel needs to be renewated mostly walls have fungus and moisture. Some floors are having too much moisture smell. Roofs in the corrdiors are leaking...

Everything is perfect, breakfast is so good they have a lot of food, location is good subway station 100m from the hotel. Room is nice decoration.

This was my second visit but this time services have detoriated.
