I had booked this resort by paying 50% advance. Our family stayed this property for 2 nights from 17th Jan'22 . Upon arrival, at the reception they were asking me whether do you have a booking? asked me to show reservation confirmation. When I showed them booking confirmation with 50% advance payment receipt, they said you booked through agent(I booked online through Homeadvisor.in) hence no booking are shown in their system. Waited in reception for almost 1/2 hour and there was no chairs to sit also. They took long time to confirm booking and gave room. There was no covid protocol was maintained in the resort, no one was wearing mask. There was a boy who took our luggage to our room, served food in restaurant, took us to trek and he was responsible to clean floor too. We could see kitchen while passing the room, there too no one was wearing mask. Ask them this, they informed me because they are working hence no masks. Saw one chef tasting the food in hand directly from the vessel, which is very pathetic. They are no other guest in the resort when we stayed days. Even while check out reception lady told me you need to check out exactly at 11.00 am and if you exceed by 15 min also you need to pay for another day! She was very rude, then I spoke to her manager over phone, that lady agreed for 1 hour extension. Resort is good, but one can stay only if they are ok to comprise for their peace, health and covid protocol.
