The room is clean l, but it is around the railway and the road, so not so quiet. Besides the quietness, the hotel is good for quick stay.

My husband and I were there for a concert at the Chula Vista Amphitheatre. We hoped to stay closer, but the closer we got the worse the hotels. Not knowing the area, we didn't want to chance it. I came across the Hercor hotel and looked pretty cool and had great reviews. I went with it. There were other concert goers staying here too, thinking the same as us probably. Anyhow we checked in as usual, girl at the front was very friend and professional. We get to our room and literally looked like someone just took a nap on the bed, desk chair pulled out, toilet paper in the toilet, and the roll messed up. Pretty bummed, but called downstairs right away and they gave us a new room. Much better. One thing I do want to rave about it the shower, loved it. Rain shower.

Overall we got what we needed. A good nights sleep at a good price. The restroom and room itself looks modern and very detailed so that was a plus. The walkways and elevator look dirty and the site where it’s at is in a weird part of town with a lot of homeless. The staff were nice and helpful. Rooms are awesome but need to clean up around the walkways and elevators.

Reception was fantastic. Be aware that the walls are a little thin and the front faces a busy road, but overall it's clean and convenient.

The staff is outstanding, very friendly and courteous. Check in clerk was fantastic and so was the lady tending the breakfast, she was terrific

Very nice stay. Bed was a little to soft for myself but adequate. The only problem was the mechanism to keep the door from slamming didn’t work. Great spots to park my motorcycle without having it in the elements.

The staff is amazing . Anything you need that you would get from a larger property just in a smaller package .

This is my third stay at this property and it gets better every time. The staff is always so friendly and even afford me an early checkin and late checkout. I have no negative complaints and I look forward to always staying here on my trips to Chula Vista!

Our room at this hotel was impecable. Check in was quick and easy. It is in a good location near many restaurants and shops. Our stay was short but we had a great experience at this place. The room was 5 stars.

Girl that checked us in was super kind and we had no problem with our room. However there tends to be some screaming people walking past it. Good price

Nice and clean place to stay. The only things I didn't like were the slow internet (made it virtually impossible to stay in during the night and just watch movies on streaming services) and that they had a super strong air freshener plugged in. Thankfully I could unplug the freshener up on the wall and the smell slowly faded as the week went on. The area is also very noisy so if you can't sleep with noise, this is not the hotel for you. We did not mind though and enjoyed our time here overall.
