The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel staff's service attitude is excellent, especially the older gentleman at the hotel entrance. He greets every guest with a smile and provides enthusiastic service to elderly travelers. Seeing his smile and his service made me decide to choose Hilton again for my Thousand Island Lake trip next year.
The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety of dishes and pastries. Thumbs up for the hotel! 👍
The high-speed rail shuttle service is really great! 👍 Today, it was just my husband and me, and the hotel sent a car to drive us directly to the train station.
We didn't use the 'Exquisite Travel Photography' or 'Children's Playground' facilities as we are seniors, but the hotel upgraded our room for free and arranged a quiet room. Thumbs up! 👍
For next year's trip to Thousand Island Lake, I will definitely choose Hilton again.
