The room is simple and comfortable. There is a parking lot. Guests can make free reservations for the soup house. There are not many choices for Chinese breakfast. The front desk staff are very kind and friendly. Although it is an old hotel, it can be seen that it is run with care.

I recently stayed at the Maple House on a two-day getaway in Yilan County with my girlfriend. Service was genuinely caring – the breakfast boxes made available to the guests were nice simple comfy food. The room was good, clean and the WiFi & other features worked well. There are some nice touches such as little cups made-available in the morning to guests for them to feed the pretty fishes in the pond. The garden is well maintained, and the hotel is located nearby rice fields; there is lots of green around! Location is convenient – walking distance to the LuoDong train station (even if the walk by the main road is a bit dangerous without a proper sidewalk.) The property has bikes available for guests and the ride to the beach is about 30min. through very nice bike paths by the river. Highly recommended. Really a lovely destination!

The hotel gives a warm family feeling. On the day of check-in, two female employees greeted them kindly and politely. Another male employee explained the hotel's facilities, nearby attractions and recommended restaurants in detail, which made people feel comfortable, warm and courteous.
The hotel is clean, the stay is very comfortable, the TV has a lot of different channels, enough to choose, but the air conditioner is a bit big, but the overall two days of accommodation are very satisfactory .
The hotel is close to the Luodong Night Market, very convenient, and I see the rainbow after raining. I am very lucky!

The Pokhara Resort has a great resort environment, from the exotic decoration of the lobby to the bright and spacious dining room, the green turf of the garden, the lovely cabin on the last side, and the classical and meticulous rooms upstairs, from beginning to end, every place, every corner, We are very impressed. It is a good place for tranquility, relaxation, leisure and vacation. However, if the restaurant can be used for a longer time and the kitchen can be opened for use, it is really perfect for the wife. ***D

Building is rather new but there is no lift in the building and our room is on the 3rd floor. Our room has no electricity and they tried to fix it up without success. We were transferred to another building and had to go up 3 floors again. They have no power sockets at the bedside. Breakfast is mainly vegetables. Not recommended for old person.

We stayed one Saturday night in early Dec. It was super crowded in the area and all parking slots were taken (a very small parking lot) so we had to park at a paid lot across the street after waiting for a slot to become available there. Slow elevator. The room is clean with private hot spring bath. Excellent location with many shops, restaurants, and public hot spring places (ever heard of hot spring fish?) No free breakfast but plenty of options nearby.

Jiaoxi Hot Spring is a rare flat hot spring. It is a sodium bicarbonate spring with a water temperature of 58°C 40 meters underground. It is colorless and odorless. What is even more rare is that it is the only hot spring in the world except Italy that is rich in "titanium phenate".

Although they responded and gave me a replacement one, do you think I didn’t find it when I was sorting it out? It's obvious! Otherwise, I didn't find it because I didn't clean it carefully.
The balls in the ball pool actually don’t have that full feeling. The children stopped playing after playing with them, and the slides stopped playing after only one run. The white cabinet at the door of the room is not a wardrobe, but a locked storage room, which is equal to yours. Everything must be placed on the floor. There are hangers on the wall to hang clothes, but if there are no cabinets, you have to find a place to hang them yourself.
There are also obvious hairs and dust on the white shelf on the toilet sink.
The shelf above the toilet is also dusty. The whole room is actually very small.
The price of more than 3,000 makes people want to stay here again.

GGuest UserYu Peng Villa was our first and BEST accommodation on this Yilan-Taroko-SML-Alishan road trip. We arrived much later than expected and were relieved that our message to Trip.com got through to the guesthouse. When we drove up to the place (an easy find with GPS), a member of the staff walked up to our car and guided us to the drop off point.
I love the designer vibes of the property which is well maintained with a sizeable garden and plenty of flowers in bloom. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers worked and there was hot water. The western-style breakfast was generous in portion and delicious.
Best of all was the hospitality extended to us. It was the only place where we felt truly welcomed on this 8-day trip. The staff here chatted with us, gave advice on places of interest and sent us off with fruit from the orchard. After the great experience here, all the other places we stayed at pale drastically in comparison.
If you're planning to visit the Kavalan Distillery, this place is a great stayover option! Truly a slice of paradise.

Yilan Jiaoxi Meijiamei Hotel ~ A 100-point accommodation experience!
I would never have imagined that there is a hotel that provides three-meal service, and there is no concept of worrying about guests not having enough to eat! From the moment you check in, there is afternoon tea from 14:00 to 17:00; late night snacks from 20:00 to 22:00; and breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 the next morning, so you don’t have to leave the hotel at all. Foraging outside!
Although the hotel is a bit old and the facilities in the room are a bit old, it is still clean, tidy, beautiful and comfortable. This alone is highly recommended! The mattress is a bit hard for me, which makes me feel stiff when sleeping, haha, but this is a personal habit, and my husband finds it very comfortable. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is really convenient for friends who drive.
Many of the hotel's guests are repeat customers. We met several guests from New Taipei who often come to Jiaoxi for hot spring baths. They stay at Meijiamei every time and have become regular guests. It really echoes: Yilan Jiaoxi Hot Spring is the back garden of Taipei people, very close and convenient! Meijiamei provides such considerate services for all three meals, it is simply heaven!

PPizza-boyI recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight was definitely the playful slide right in our bedroom—what a fun and unexpected touch! The kids had a blast and made our stay feel even more special.
Outside, the play pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We enjoyed splashing around and lounging in the sun. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, making it an ideal place to kick back after a day of exploring.
One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious ********* food served at the B&B. Each meal was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic dishes that satisfied our cravings. I highly recommend trying their rice rolls and congee —they were simply delightful!
Overall, this bed and breakfast offers a wonderful blend of fun activities and fantastic food. Whether you're visiting with family or looking for a unique getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back for more sliding and savoring!

JJindongPleasantly surprised and impressed by the hotel's architectural design and the vast lawn in front of the hotel.
However, with only one receptionist handling the check-in, the process was unbearably slow and took a long time to complete.
Fortunately, when we finally went into our room, we once again were blown away by the spacious room configuration. There were two large beds against the wall, and L-shape sofa couches, with plenty of bay windows surrounding the magnificent room. The bathroom was okay, no Toto. But that’s fine. The gigantic hot spring circling tub was large enough to fit at least four adults. It is equipped with a whirlpool! And there’s a big glass shower room, of course.
The bedding was very comfortable. There are also typical tea and coffee bags with four water bottles and a small fridge. All the expected amenities were provided in the lovely hotel.
Although there are paid afternoon tea facilities at a reasonable price, it didn’t offer to dine for the evening. But I guess it’s understandable since there’re plenty of great restaurants in the JiouSi and Yilan areas.
The breakfast was so so lovely. We’re up late. But the staff did remind us to pick up as much food as we needed before they put them away.
Overall, it’s much better than we expected. We initially thought it might be tacky and exaggerated in its deco. We found this 5-year-old hotel used suitable materials to compose its content. So we liked it and enjoyed it very much. We will come again with our friends. We highly recommend it!

The staff is friendly and will help store luggage. The hotel room is quite large, the bath supplies are complete, and the shower head is very powerful. Highly recommended! !

EEric Shen TWThe location is nearby the city centre. Before our arrival, the manager kindly reminded us by message and call. Once approached, just give her a call and feel relaxed. The manager gave a wonderful room tour and informed us well. The info and reminders in the living room also reflect the kindness of the local. Some impressions of the room. Firstly, the room has a duplex apartment, each with ta duo bed. Secondly the hot-spring is mild; the bath facility is wonderful; especially, the floor is stone material, not only with good anti-slippery but also creating a natural environment. We got a nice hot spring bath experience. Thirdly, the theme of the room is Crayon Shin-chan, which happens to be one of my favourite Japanese cartoons. Fourthly, the air con is comfortable. Last but not least, it is with a Dyson hair dryer!
It is a trip escaping from the urban. Thanks for providing a fantastic night stay, like a home from home.

WWei CHIAOBecause I stayed for a few days at work, the room was small but there were some dining tables and chairs. The old room but I could see that it was slowly evolving. There were repainting and new aluminum windows. The most amazing thing was that the price of the homestay actually had air conditioning and heating. It coincided with the cold current. It was really happy to have heating.
But maybe because there is a mixed grass next to it, the small bugs will run in, and when they go home, they will find that the waist is bitten by unknown bugs several bags, and it is getting red and swollen. I have seen the doctor for more than a week and it is not good. It is super itchy.
