I had nothing to say but complimenting the staff mainly receptionist for being so helpful. We change room from facing hill to facing the pool and it was done fast. The room is spacious and clean and the housekeeping staft take off their shoes before entering the room. Bed is super single bed, so i dont bother taking extra room for my kids.Sofa bed is available. Bathroom is spacious and clean too. The location ia about 7-10 mins to hatyai downtown which is good as we dont really like to wake up with the noise of vehicles. It has a nice pool, gym and futsall facilities too. Sorry guys, i have no pix of the hotel as we enjoy songkran festival very much that day and forget to snap some pic at the hotel. Overall..recommended place yo stay. Worth the money.

The hotel is very good, the staff are very accommodating. The housekeeper and staff smile every time. The room is very clean and tidy. There is everything complete. Hungry late at night You can come down and press the snacks downstairs. There is also a place to charge the electric battery as well. Makes you park the battery and leave it very convenient Staying at this hotel never disappoints. How many times have you been impressed every time?

It seems that there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and communications breakdown within the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team. Hot shower in our room was not working and had reported it to the Receptionist before we left the hotel for a dinner and walk. When we came back, we gave the receptionist courteousy reminder and to ask if our shower was fix. They couldnt answer that and immediately asked the maintenance staff which was happened to be standing outside of the lobby to fix it. The Worst Part:- The maintenance staff walked together with us into our room and washroom, with his same shoe which he wore when he stood outside of the lobby. After fixing it, he literally step on our floor mat to dry his shoe. The while floor mat was dark in colour and we asked him to bring that floor mat out! After reporting it to the receptionist, they didnt really know what to do, and i asked them to get the housekeeping team to come and clean it. The housekeeping lady only came to replace a floormat, without mopping the floor. We hv to request over again and tell her what happened. No apologize from any of thm. Extra tips, do not opt for their breakfast choice, there is only 6 items ala carte menu available. First day breakfast there are cereals bt the milk was abit sour, 2nd day breakfast, no cereals available.

Stay for 2 night. Overall ok. Staff very friendly, they also find us a tuk2.. deposit 500bhat.. room & toilet so big & clean.
Recomended. Will choose again to stay next trip.
